This gorgeous 5 Bedroom, 3 full-bathroom home on a double lot is located east of the canal in the Loveland section just steps to Bay Head’s shops and beaches.

The well thought out design and layout of this home are just as impressive as the upgrades and details used when built. The oversized windows let in abundant natural light while the vent free gas fireplace and crown molding add an exquisite finish to the open layout of the home. The huge property (.5 acre) features an inground pool, hot tub, patio and deck as well as open space to enjoy. There is a south facing front porch and upstairs balcony to enjoy.

Relax in the living room, feast in the dinning room, enjoy the open plan kitchen and breakfast table adjacent to the deck overlooking the pool. Snooze on the front porch or look south over the marina. Sleep in one of the 5 bedrooms and enjoy the convenience of 3 full bathrooms. sit by the pool, dip in the hot tub, grille by the deck, lay on the lawn, relax by the fire pit.

Exceeded our expectations! Returning this summer!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this lovely house last summer and are looking forward to returning this July. The house is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very spacious. The backyard is huge and the in ground pool is great. We enjoyed the large deck , barbecue and hot tub. This house is truly a gem! We loved that it was on a quiet street and in walking distance to the beach. The owners are awesome; they went out of their way to make sure that we had a great vacation.

Spectacular from start to finish

Simple and most accommodating for family as well. Pool and hot tub with privacy .....so close to river, bay and town and of course ocean. Ping pong table was an added bonus ...true comfort and all the amenities. Highly recommend

Family Friendly Rental

We were the first renters in this renovated home to celebrate a family gathering. The home was clean, spacious and modern. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The homeowners created a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy the beauty of their home. The children had access to the pool, hot tub and playground. Who has a such a large back yard and a pool in Bayhead? The rental is also just a short drive to Point Pleasant. We highly recommend this gem!

A stunning house in a beautiful location

We stayed in this beautiful house last year, have rebooked for this year & can't wait to go back again. This 5 bed. 3 bath house is absolutely beautiful, the photos really don't do it justice. A real home from home. The owners are absolutely delightful and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. They have equipped it with everything you could wish for & then more, their attention to detail is beyond the norm. The outside area & pool/hot tub is large, there are bikes, a table tennis table & so much more. We understand that further improvements have been added. The surrounding area is quiet & being only a 10 minute walk from a wonderful long sandy beach, with shops & bars also close by makes this a perfect location for a superb holiday.

Great Home and Location

I rented this home last summer with my wife and 4 children. The house was beautiful! The flow/lay out was perfect for my family and the bedrooms were very comfortable for all of us. The house had a great kitchen that opened up to the family room. We had a great time relaxing and watching apple tv! The backyard was amazing. We enjoyed the inground pool and hot tub daily, used the weber grill to BBQ often, and had fun playing around in the yard. The house was extremely clean and well kept. We had access to their washing machine and dryer which was very convienent. The house was a quick ride to the boardwalk and jenkinsons. It was perfectly located for convenience and yet privacy. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking to get away with their family.

Renters Beware

We rented last August 2015 and had a lovely time at the property and enjoyed the town. We took care of the home like it was our own. When our security deposit wasn't returned after the required time I contacted the owner. They informed us that they would be keeping the entire deposit for damages done. We were shocked and asked to see a list of supposed damages. This is in addition to the illegal way they kept our deposit without any notice. The list of suppose damages included items as absurd as stealing their sheets and causing a cricket infestation. Do not rent from this owner or be prepared to lose your security deposit. They are unreasonable and stole over $2000 from us. We have rented in Bay Head for many years using brokers and vrbo and have never had anything like this happen.

I Have owned this house since 2015 and have made a number of improvements over the years. I am from the UK and living in the US for 18 years i fell in love with Point Pleasant and Bay Head and all that it has to offer. I hope you enjoy it as much as i do.

Why they chose this property

The house sells itself with its light and airy feel, great street appeal and then - the huge back yard with pool, hot tub, deck, patio, double garage and lawn. There is plenty of room and parking and the amenities are so close - a short walk to Bay Head for all you need and then to the beaches. You wont be disappointed.
