This was our second visit and look forward to our third. The hosts are very helpful and responsive and the flat is very well appointed. The view and patios are perfection. Excellent spot to stay for MET horse shows.

Beautiful location

Great beachfront property. Perfect location for the Oliva Nova Equestrian events. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bathrooms. Beautiful view of the sea from two patios. Very responsive hosts with local care taker.

Super house and location

The property has everything you need like dishwasher and washing machine. The 3 terraces allow you to enjoy the sun and weather every moment of the day. The location just on the beach with own direct access, parking and shops nearby make it an impressive holiday. Nespresso coffee machine, citrus press, welcoming package and swift communication with the host top off the whole. Also the proximity to the MET is super. We can't think of any more superlatives for this place. One simply must go there and enjoy the place. We surely will return.

Excellent

The apartment is located on the beach front with lovely beach and sea views. There are two sea facing balconies and is well furnished and equipped throughout. The kitchen is compact and we found the beds a bit firm. It is set on two levels with a narrow internal spiral staircase and an external staircase linking the exterior balconies. There is aircon on both levels. There is a lift to the apartment and private car parking is available nearby. Restaurant choices within walking distance when we were there were very limited as the MET was temporarily closed and Oli baba had closed.

Ein perfektes Domizil für entspannte ruhige Tage direkt am Meer. Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung über zwei Etagen, sehr gepflegt. Schöner Pool, auch zum sportlichen Schwimmen. Die Location lässt keine Wünsche offen. Feiner Sandstrand direkt vor der Anlage.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement, das wirklich mit allem ausgestattet ist. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön, der Strand einfach nur zu empfehlen. Die ganze Anlage ist super sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Great Spanish beach location.

All expectations of the listing were met. Obviously a family beach getaway rather than an apartment just for rent and it shows in all the decor items and supplies. November was not the weather for sunbathing or using the two lovely oceanfront terraces but we spent hours walking the beach, shelling and watching the horses enjoy the water. We were in Oliva for 3 weeks of Showjumping and this location was perfect, near enough to walk in ten minutes but far enough to get away from the crowd when we wanted. Very minor items of improvement would be. Small waste bins for the bathrooms, small tables beside the master bed so you don’t have to put everything on the floor. For non Europeans it would be nice to have instructions for all the symbols on the washer, dishwasher and oven. If you have mobility or vertigo issues be aware that the master bedroom level is up a steep, narrow spiral staircase. All in all a great place that we would be happy to visit again.
