This spacious 3 level 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home is in one of whistler's prime locations. Unload your car when you arrive and put your keys away. You can walk, ride your bike or bus to any prime location in whistler. Located right across the street from marketplace with grocery store, shops, playground, and plenty of coffee shops! The lagoons is conveniently located in the heart of whistler and is a quick 5 minute walk to the action. You can walk to the the free shuttle bus outside the complex can take you to the slopes, or you can walk for 7 minutes to the gondola!

This unit is approx 1200 sq/ft and has been upgraded with new wood flooring on the main floor, carpet upstairs, new appliances in the kitchen. Rain shower in the master bath and second bath. 2-pc powder room on the main floor. Private Hot Tub sits on the upper balcony.

BBQ on one of the 3 balconies, 2 flat screen TV's, cable & free WiFi for my guests. One free underground parking space.

About Marni

Whistler is our playground.

We spend lots of quality family time together as a family living an active lifestyle. Our kids were raised skiing these beautiful mountains. In the summer we bike along the valley trail and stop at one of the many lakes for a long & leisurely picnic. We are excited to have the opportunity to allow families (and groups of friends) to enjoy this gorgeous playground.

I have been managing vacation rental properties since 2008 with an excellent track record.

Cozy condo

The condo is located close to the IGA and village for easy access to everything. The condo itself is in a nice, quiet location. There were 6 of us and we were "cozy" in the living room. The condo isn't large but it was comfortable. The master bedroom was very large and having the hot tub right outside the bedroom was convenient. The other bedrooms were small but the beds were comfortable. The condo is in good condition so it was a great stay in Whistler.

Marni was quick to respond to any questions and was very friendly. The access to the condo was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Condo in a Perfect Location

We booked this condo for the location in relation to the Ironman finish line in the Olympic Village and we couldn't have picked a better spot.

It was so easy for our athlete and family to get around. We parked the car and left it for the week as everything you could possibly need is in walking/biking distance.

There were 4 adults and 2 children that stayed here and there was plenty of space for everyone.

The condo was fully stocked with all supplies you could need, including plastic wine glasses for the hot tub :)

We rented bikes one day and headed over to Alta Lake and walked another day to Lost Lake, both beautiful spots and very family friendly.

We also walked to the gondolas and spent a day at the top of the mountains taking in the sites and hiking around.

Marni was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Awesome location, well stocked

We had a great stay and can't wait to come back and stay at this location again. Having the grocery/liquor store (essentials!) within a 2 minute walk is such a convenience! The village is only 5 mins away and it's great to be able to walk to everything.

Couple the location with the fact that you have a private hot tub, fully stocked kitchen and lots of room for everyone - this place has it all.

We'll be back for sure :-)

Great Place, Great Location!

This condo has everything you need for a great Whistler vacation. The location is ideal with a free shuttle stop right across the street as well as groceries, restaurants, and an equipment tune up shop. It is within walking distance to the cobblestone village and gondolas but going there is uphill so walking with ski boots and skis is tricky so we typically only walked home.

The condo has everything you need and is perfect for 4 people but you could certainly squeeze in 8 especially if some were children. It is not a huge space but considering how much time you spend on the mountain it certainly suits its purpose. The hot tub worked great and is completely private off the master suite. The complex itself is very private and quiet. Even though it was probably 3/4 full during our stay we rarely saw or heard other guests so perfect for families or a relaxing getaway.

I would stay here again in a heart beat and highly recommend it.

This place is great and was everything we were looking for (minus few hiccups)

It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the mountain base and right next to the village, plus it's across the street from the market so you can easily get all the essentials. The house fit 6 of us easily. There's plenty of bathrooms, the living room is cozy but not too small and the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain. Being able to leave the car in the basement was also a plus. Marni was very responsive to all our questions. Overall we really loved this place. Note though, we could only get about 3 showers in a row with the amount of hot water in the tank, you had to wait a while after that which was frustrating. Also we were charged about $100 for leaving bagged garbage and some food and non perishables in the house when we weren't clear on having to remove them ourselves. Because there were no where on the check-out list (from the owner's binder at the house) that stated that we need to do so, except turn off the heat, wash dishes, lower the hot tub temp and turn off the fireplace which we all did accordingly. Other than that, great place to stay!
