This bungalow is situated on the Casas del Sol complex which has a reception who will provide you on arrival with keys and information for your stay and take care of linen and cleaning throughout your stay and deal with any queries you may have. It has a large patio/garden with alfresco dining area. Spacious living room, well appointed modern kitchen. 2 large bedrooms, one with a kng size bed with en suite shower and another with twin beds and adjacent shower room. Both have recently installed efficient remote controlled air conditioning units (coin operated) which can be used as heating when needed. Free dual WiFi one standard another one superfast, Chromecast , by

40" Flat screen TV providing all Sky HD, BT Sport Bein,etc, UK terrestrial​ and movie channel multiple language channels. DVD player, Radio. Washing machine. Free key safe. Nearby you have a Spar supermarket,several bars,Italian restaurant,sports bar,Irish Anvil live music bar,further along you have restaurants galore to suit every taste,even further along is the Marina with a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays

We had a great time staying at 5a! Casas delSol is perfectly located! The villa was very spacious with excellent kitchen facilities and a lovely feel to it. The outside space was really big with a washing machine and plenty of hanging space. the staff at Casas del Sol were all lovely and the pool was very clean. Couldn’t ask for more! We would love to come back one day!

We will be back

This is our 3rd visit to the villa and won’t be our last. Inside the villa has everything you need, but it’s the garden and location thar really makes this villa a great choice. There is a choice of seating in the garden, which means you can be in the sun or the shade. The location is very peaceful, which is exactly what we want. The complex is well maintained with fabulously friendly staff.There is a supermarket within 5 minutes’ walk, as is the sea front with a variety of restaurants to suit every taste. We are already looking a5 dates for our next trip!

Great apartment!

This 2 bed, 2 bath bungalow was lovely. I liked that you could close over the door leading from the livingroom to make the 2nd bedroom a private 'suite"with the bathroom next door. The kitchen was probably the best stocked one that we've stayed in. The TV had lors of channels and was ideal if you wanted a movie night. There was lots of storage and hangers galore. The garden had 3 sitting areas.which had the choice of shade in the morning and full sun in the afternoon. A Spar was 4 minute walk and there was 3 pubs next door. The main costal strip of restaurants were around 8/9 mins at the most. The pool was a 2 min walk and was well maintained.Overall a great place to stay.

Everything was fabulous

This was our second stay in the villa and it was just as good as the first. The swimming pool was being refurbished last time, so we wondered how busy/noisy it would be, but were pleased to find it was still nice and peaceful. We love the privacy of the garden and the options to sit in the sun or the shade. It is only 5 mins walk to the local SPA supermarket, and a pleasant walk along the the sea front to get to beaches and restaurants. We really couldn’t want anything else from a holiday and are already looking at dates for 2025.

Lovely Bungalow

The property was just as described. It is on a lovely quiet complex which is well looked after. The bungalow has everything you need. The complex has a lovely swimming pool. We would book again when coming back to Playa Blanca.

Fabulous!

The complex was lovely and peaceful and the villa was just what we had hoped. The weather was wonderful, so we spent most of our time outside, so the choice of seating areas was welcome as we moved between sun and shade. There was nothing to fault about the apartment, complex or resort (this was our first time in Lanzarote). The only thing that would have been welcome was more visitor information - things to do, restaurant recommendations, etc. We definitely hope to return!

We spent 4 weeks at this property and can not fault it at all. The property was well looked after and clean. Tv had full sky package which was a bonus and good wii fi .Location great car not required as it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and hope to go back in the near future. Many thanks for the welcome pack that was appreciated after a long days travel and a nice touch.

Estupendas Vacaciones

La casa esta muy bien, buena localización, excelente urbanización y agradable estancia. Limpian cada 4 días y cambian toallas cada 2, un lujo en verano. El propietario contesta rápidamente a todas las cuestiones y nos dejó un poco de comida para la llegada, un bonito detalle. Como aspectos a mejorar, la mampara de la ducha de uno de dormitorios es abierta y cada vez que nos duchabamos mojabamos todo el suelo y la ventana de madera de uno de dormitorios no cerraba bien y llegaba el ruido de las obras del puerto. Salvo eso la estancia en la propiedad ha sido estupenda y totalmente recomendable, hemos usado el porche todos los días y tener la piscina tan cerca es una comodidad. Volveremos seguro

Lovely stay

We have stayed in some of the properties on this complex and this was the best by far, everything you needed was there. Clean and spacious. WiFi was spot on. Convenient for pool. Nothing was too much for reception to handle, would stay here again. Thanks again Leslie.

Spotlessly clean apartment with every amenity you would want in a great location.

The apartment was spotless and catered for our every need. Set in a great location with easy access to the pool and indeed to the resort in general. Plenty of outside space to eat, relax and enjoy with a spacious living area inside too. The bedrooms had plenty of storage, good beds and ensuite shower/toilet. We could not have wished for anymore.

In a great position on the Casas del Sol development. Villa 5A is lovely, very comfortable, all mod cons. The garden area is spacious, private and gorgeous flowers & plants! Thank you for a great stay.

Great villa

Stayed from 30th Dec to 8th Jan 2018. Fantastic villa has everything you need in a great location on the complex. I stay at Case Del Sol fairly regularly and usually have to walk up a steep incline to reach the villas but this one is on ground level around the corner from the pool. Only negatives are it needs a new kettle the current one has seen better days and both bathrooms share a water tank so you can't use both at the same time. Would definitely stay there again.

Impressively equipped villa with great entertainment choices

Really nice villa with plenty of room both inside and out. Has it's own WiFi so good connections to the internet. As we were among those to be repatriated after the Monarch collapse, this was a real bonus as we had to check flight details each day. Amazing number of tv channels available. Outside is well furnished with sunbeds, loungers and a decent sized barbecue area. Lovely stay

Well positioned and appointed end terrace villa in quieter complex, perfect for 4 person family.

Villa 5A enjoys a good position by being close enough to the pool and the shops but in a quite corner of Casas del Sol. It appears to have more out door space for lounging and eating than nearby villas. Villa 5A has a fantastic entertainment system via a cable box with hundreds of movies and music available foc, very handy when children need to be out of the sun for a wee while. Each bedroom has aircon on a euro pay meter, depending on use at about 50c a day. Only downside was complex WiFi was weak indoors and we couldnt connect to the villa's WiFi; however, we decided not to ask for help and happily went without. The villa was cleaned 3 or 4 times during our stay. The complex itself is well maintained and the lack of bar/cafe/entertainment is a positive for me as it remains quiet in the evenings/nights. Tennis and boule available either foc or a small charge. Staff at complex helpful and friendly.
