We’re sorry to hear that the noise and temperature control were frustrating. The apartment has centralized heating, but guests can adjust the temperature by opening or closing the valves on the radiators to achieve a comfortable level. As mentioned, the apartment is located in a lively area of the city (Piazza Navona is, no doubt, one of the most famous squares of the world), which is clearly indicated in the listing; this is part of the charm of staying in a historic, central neighborhood, but it can naturally come with some street noise that is beyond the property’s control and must be expected by a smart traveller. Regarding the bed and pillows, they are standard hotel-quality items and regularly checked, but we still appreciate the comment and will take it into consideration. As for the wine opener, it is available in the apartment; had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to immediately let you know where it was located or assist you in any way.
