We enjoyed our stay..place was very clean and comfortable. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. We rented the back two units and it accommodated our situation well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was great- close to King Street. Host was very accommodating as well!
The units we stayed in were clean, comfortable and perfectly appointed. The location was central to everywhere we planned to go and very safe. The host was responsive and personable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this VRBO!
Unique, beautiful vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood near King Street. Stayed here for a family reunion and both units were laid out perfectly, with a smaller unit on a lower level and larger unit where everyone could convene. Most restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful when needed.
Can't say enough positive things about our stay. Super accommodating, clean, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. Communication was superb and the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This place was gorgeous and the Solarium had the best natural light. Highly recommend to others.
Stay here! The pictures do not do this property justice!
We had a group of 10 girls and this was very comfortable for all of us. The property is a beautiful backdrop for group photos too!
We loved the location. Extremely walkable to many popular bars and restaurants on King Street.
Claire the property manager was very responsive whenever we had a question while at the house. Highly recommend!
The home is perfectly placed in the city, just a few short blocks away from King Street. We enjoyed the space and were so impressed with how clean and well maintained it was. We were a larger group of 12 but between the home in the back and the downstairs unit, we all had enough space. The property manager was so responsive and even though we ran into a few issues (not having some cookware or a blender) everything turned out just fine!
We loved this house so much! It was actually really nice having the two separate units so everyone felt like they had their space. The house was really clean, the kitchen was nice and the beds were super comfortable. The location was convenient for our group. Heads up there are a number of other rentals within the same little cul de sac, so it was very lively. We were a bachelorette group so it was fun for us but could get a little loud at times. Overall I would highly recommend this property and plan to actually do so when I have friends coming down to Charleston.

So glad y’all enjoyed the house and the close location to King Street. Would love to have you back any time!
We had a great time at the house and it was very close to town so we could walk around.
It is 2 separate units so that can be hard for bigger groups - but we also did enjoy it being separated for sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend for a group traveling together!
We celebrated my sister's bachelorette party here and it was the perfect house for our occasion! The host was so easy to communicate with and the house was beautiful, well-stocked, and very clean. The beds were also insanely comfortable. The location is ideal just a short 5-10 min walk to King St where there are endless restaurants and bars. Couldn't recommend this place enough!
I cannot recommend this property enough to families or friends looking to travel together. From the first booking to the arrival and our checkout, everything was seamless. The place is absolutely beautiful and the location is walking distance to bars and restaurants. The communication with the property managers was clear and concise. Thank you!
Great location, off street parking, wedding venue was 5 minutes away, easy walk or Lyft into town.
Great place for 10 family members, clean, comfortable, very memorable wedding, and the VRBO complimented the experience. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything, very courteous Borgus (i think that was his name) who was working there and was helpful when we arrived.
A group of us were in Charleston for a wedding and this was the perfect spot! We had Green Cottage as well as Sparrow House and everything was great, clean and they were very accommodating. Will definitely look at this location for future trips.
This was a great house- me and my bridesmaids and their spouses stayed her for my wedding weekend. It was a little confusing the way that it’s spilt.. it clearly stated this in the description, I just don’t know that I totally understand prior to staying there. It wasn’t a problem, we enjoyed it! Just maybe something of note, there is two bed rooms that are spilt from the other three! Would love to stay again!
Perfect place to stay in Charleston to feel like a local. Two living areas make this rental perfect for a multi-family or multi-generational trip. 5 stars would rent again.

Disliked: Communication
disappointing
Although the house was pretty we had significant problems. The main problem is that there was significant loud construction every day. Although the owner could not control the construction he should have warned us about it. We might have chosen not to come. I tried to contact the manager once we were there. The manager never responded. I then called the owner who was not accommodating at all. His attitude was that they have had good reviews in the past and this was not his problem.. In addition to the above, all of the closets were unfinished. There was no storage in the bedroom or the kitchen. There were cockroaches which the owner said "are to be expected" in Charleston. The kitchen had a card table covered with a tablecloth. At the price point of this property, the service and acccomodations were well below what you might expect.
We loved our stay at this home. The location was perfect - a short walk to King St. and surrounded by other nice homes, cafes, and shops. We were here with a group of 12 for a bachelorette and the split units (3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 downstairs) were perfect. House was well-stocked for a large group and everything was very new and clean. Thanks for a great, comfortable place to stay for the weekend!
This place was in the perfect location, within walking distance to King St. When the big house is being rented, it doesn't get a little loud. The bedding was amazing!
We did a bachelorette party here and thought the vibe and location were spot on. Could not have been in a better spot with proximity to some dancing, dining, and King Street. Cannon Street is much nicer than many of the surrounding ones, so we loved that. The outdoor space with the little bar is what sold me on the photos, but the real winner was the upstairs sunroom. It was more challenging to be in 2 separate units than I thought it would have been mostly because there wasn't really a space where everyone could hang out at the same time and have a space to sit. There definitely isn't a dining table that fits everyone at one time. We spent 90% of our time out of the house, so it really worked out for us ok. The beds were A++ though and all-in there were 4 bathrooms which was pretty great for a large group of women.
The units are attached to a 3rd even bigger unit which was unexpected. They happened to be a bachelor party and when they came home drunk at 3:30am and started singing, you best believe they woke us up. We also joined parties the last night, so I would say the neighbors was a plus/minus.
There were 5 of us visiting Charleston, so, this five bedroom upper/lower property was the perfect accommodation. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of several good restaurants and everything else we wanted to do and see. And nicely equipped for breakfast in or those evenings we were just too tired to go out for dinner. We would love to come back again!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It gave us everything we needed, a great location to explore King Street and the upstairs living room and kitchen was the perfect area to sit, relax and catch up.
Great house in a great location. Can't wait to return.
This house is very nice for families or friends trips. Great location, can walk to a lot of things. House has all necessary amenities. Safe neighborhood.
