Welcome to our beautifully remodeled ocean-view condo in Kona — a relaxing Hawaiian getaway in a gated oceanfront complex. We absolutely love this little gem, and we think you will too.

Unit B-325 is perfectly located on the third floor with fabulous ocean views and no one above you. Best of all, there are no stairs required — simply park near the elevator and walk a few easy steps to the condo. This complex is one of the best deals in town.

Great location, close to stores, restaurants, beaches. You can watch the sunset every night at the sea wall by the pool area. Plenty of parking inside and outside of the security gate, Washing machines and dryers are located outside the unit and require quarters or you can download an app to pay. 1.50 a load. The condo complex is nice and quiet.

Was not provided the correct information to check in or not at all. Host was not available so had to ask another guest for the code information. Property was generally clean but did clean mold off the shower head. Dishwasher has been out of service since December. Had to buy items like tissues and toilet paper. Overall the property is tired but does have new flooring. Not a place I would recommend.

I am sorry our condo did not meet your expectations. Guests are provided check in info instructions and you did get in...another guest would not know our code at all. Have had a new Bosch dishwasher on order, but it is Hawaii and sometimes it takes a long time. We had been waiting on a part and it never arrived, so we just decided to get a new one.We supply everything needed for the first few days of a guests visit as most condos do. We wanted our condo to have the Tommy Bahama vibe and guests love that about it. I will make sure the cleaner checks the shower head frequently.

Kona getaway

The complex is nicely arranged and oceanfront pool was delightfully relaxing. The unit was comfortable and I would rent again. The only drawback was the number of parking spaces don’t equal the number of units so there were a couple of times we needed to park just outside the complex.

So glad you had a wonderful time. As for parking, the lot just outside the gate is designated as an additional parking spot. There are always spots available in this lot if the lot next to the building is filled, so a guest never has to worry about getting a space to park. The parking is free as well. Lovely small Hawaiian style condo

We thoroughly loved this property! So delightfully landscaped plus a huge salt water pool overlooking the rocks and ocean! Our condo was even better than the photos. It's an older unit, but tastefully done in Hawaiian style with nice up to date furnishings. Lovely lanai with ocean/courtyard/pool view. Phil and Gail were so easy to work with and were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back!

Very cozy and comfortable condo! Nicely decorated, comfy bed, super clean and a wonderful, peaceful deck for morning coffee! The fresh water pool was perfect for sunning and swimming and watching the sun set from the salt water pool was magical.

Great beach unit

The property was a well appointed unit part of a complex with well manicured gardens and in a great location. The hosts provided a myriad helpful hints and tips before arriving. The balcony was a perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning and the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Casa-De-Emdeko Condo Review

Great fun and nice location, just outside downtown Kona. Peace and quiet for relaxing vacation. Close to good food and all the fun Kona has to offer. Snorkeling was amazing right out in front of condo complex. The condo itself was decorated nicely, had everything we needed to cook meals and had a nice patio, with great view.

So nice to have you as a guest. The condo next door Had to do necessary work in the bathroom. Owners try to schedule any work (and there usually isn't any, as these are new condos not needing any remodeling) during down months, but this was a Necessary repair for the shower tile in a bathroom. When you come to the Beach Villas, there shouldn't be any repair work going on. It is normally a wonderful quiet complex and the condo has central air conditioning where you can close up everything. I appologize for any inconvenience. It was nice to be able to provide you with free air conditioning to cut down on the unexpected construction sound. I try to accommodate our guests in any way I can. Please come back again and I will be happy to do something special for you. :)

Perfect! Exactly as listing showed!

Very clean, no surprises, and the location is outstanding! Right on Ali'i drive which was busy for the Ironman race but we never heard traffic or any other noise. Lanai overlooked a beautiful and quiet courtyard and the two pools were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

Fabulous time in Paradise

Fantastic property! We personally had the chance to meet the owners & felt like we had known them for years. Condo felt like we were at home. Perfect place to relax, unwind and watch the waves from pool & small private beach! We will definitely return and stay at this beautiful, cozy home in Hawaii paradise!! So close to town but not in the heart of Kona which is exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Gail & Phil.

Cute spot

The kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfy and the email list of "to do" was well thought out. Of note, the hyperlink to the property in the email does NOT take you to the correct location and the early AM wake up welcome call we could have done without. The grills were very well cleaned, everyone around us was very nice and helpful. The saltwater pool was closed for our entire stay so that was a bit disappointing but of course not the owners fault. Overall we would definitely consider a repeat visit!

Gail’s home was wonderful! Perfect for our Hawaii island vacation. The location is conveniently located. Every morning we had a nice walk into downtown Kona and it is pretty central to the north and south sides of the island for exploring. Down by the pool is the perfect spot to watch the sunsets. The condo was safe, clean, and had everything we needed. Gail was very helpful and available if we needed anything. I would recommend to anyone!
