This is a beach lover's dream. This 1 bedroom 1 bath is centrally
located and 1 block to the beach! You can fish in the
canal in back or even dock a boat. There is a spacious deck and
screened in porch area. Two bikes to ride the island or the beach & come back and grill out by the canal. Cover parking for your car. All linens, towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. just bring your clothes! In the quite area of the island so you can relax and enjoy!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The screened in porch and view out the back were both very relaxing. The place is very clean and well furnished. It was great to have chairs and bikes. The host was very attentive and friendly. We have nothing but positive things to say.

This was a wonderful place to stay. A block from the ocean and a patio on a canal. We stayed for a month. It was peaceful and quiet. Just what we wanted amd neededDebbie is a great hostess. If we had a request or question, she responded immediate.

The location was ideal. It was just a short walk to the beach. The town restaurants were a short drive away. The property itself was very quiet and peaceful and located on a canal with jumping fish. The screened in lanai was fantastic. Our host, Debbie, was very responsive. There were kayaks and bikes provided as well as beach chairs, cooler and a beach umbrella.

Cozy beach home

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at! The location was perfect and Debbie the host is amazing!

Debra was the perfect host. Small 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, living room, gas grill and lanai to sit out in to watch the wildlife on the canal. Many birds and jumping fish. Beach is a straight 1 block to beach. Deb has bikes , beach chairs/towels and wagon, kayaks,. Loved cooking our own meals. Publix is 1 mile away. Nice neighborhood to walk our dog. Beach is dog friendly. Covered parking was a plus !! Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Great quiet place

Debbie’s place was extremely clean and well appointed. She was as easily accessible, and very quick to respond to any questions. The canal kept us entertained with the jumping fish, and it was a short walk across the street to the gulf or to the bus stop. Publix grocery store and 2 restaurants were just a mile down the road.

Relaxing location close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay! It was nice to enjoy the lounge chairs and screened in porch on the canal side of the house while also having a super short walk to the beach. Charming decor and comfy furniture, including the king-size bed. We had everything we needed to cook at home - well supplied kitchen and nice gas grill. Very clean and well kept. We also appreciated that it was pet friendly with a nice neighborhood to walk our dog. Debra was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks! We hope to stay again sometime.

Fort Myers Beach Stay - Awesome!

My husband and I stayed at the apartment and loved it. A screened in porch overlooks a canal and a lovely beach is a short walk away. We had the use of beach chairs and an umbrella. Two bicycles were also at our disposal and we used them to ride around the island. The neighborhood is pleasant and was a good place to walk our little dog. Debbie is wonderful to work with and came downstairs to meet us and give restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come again.

Fantastic Host w/ Perfect quiet/laid back location

This accommodation worked very well for my wife and I and our pet. It is not in the hustle/bustle of the crowd but mid island and within biking distance if/as needed. Patio is very nice and relaxing enjoyed watching the fish jump in the adjacent canal. Very convenient to local grocery, restaurant, and most importantly short walk to a great beach. Great people in the neighborhood as well as Debbie is the best host has a perfect amount of interaction/help as needed with no intrusion at all! If you want a really laid back island vibe with the beach very near I'd say this is the place! Also coco the African grey parrot is at a nearby location and very entertaining with his great songs and whistles. Most excellent time for us!

Un séjour parfait

Debbie est gentille et serviable. La location correspond aux descriptions, il n’y a que les valises à poser. C’est calme et serein, un endroit idéal pour se reposer. Nous n’avons pas vu passer notre semaine. Merci à Debbie !

Wonderful vacation

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house was spotless. The location is only a few min walk to a very quiet beach. The canal right off your deck and pool is like a secret hideaway, with fish jumping and palm trees swaying. We drove to Lovers Key park (@15 min) and rented kayaks. We were able to see manatees and dolphins. Debbie the owner was always very helpful when needed, but stayed out of sight. Say hello to Coco the very entertaining bird!

Block from white sand beach

Location excellent if you want peace and quiet a block from the beach. We kayaked on the canal, enjoyed pool and the evening shade on the deck. Parrot next door was a comedian!

Cozy and Nice!

Quiet getaway with very small pool(wasn’t sure it was big enough but out grandkids played in it for hours)1 and 1/2 blocks to white sandy beach on the Gulf. Mid island location with easy access to main road & less traffic. Host Debbie was excellent….available for questions, etc. would definitely go back!

Beach house

Had a great time. Debbie’s place is a block from the beach. The small pool is incredible. Debbie is just the sweetest. Had a wonderful time!!! Would come back in a heartbeat!! ❤️

Great Location

This was very much as advertised and was especially good for our dogs. Debbie is a wonderful host and even though there was some construction near by it really didn't affect us that much. A short walk to the beach and we enjoyed watching the sunsets with our two nutty dogs.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for my husband and I. I walked the short walk to the beach daily, dipped in the pool several warm days, loved drinking meals and my morning coffee on the screened patio and deck. The location is perfect, quiet and private but just a short drive north or south on Entero Blvd to restaurants, shops, Lovers Key State Park, Times Square and Fort Myers Pier. 2 bikes are provided if you want to ride to locations or in the beach. We took our two small dogs and walked them on the beach or in the neighborhood daily. The location was clean and in great shape. The owner was so nice and helpful, available at all times by phone or text if needed, not that we had any problems, but she made us feel welcome and made sure we know we could reach out. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to return.

Great location!

Debbie was the best landlord. She is helpful and very thoughtful. She left us alone, but was right there when we needed her. The beach goes on for 7 miles and is a short block away. We enjoyed exploring the island with the bikes. We brought our jet ski and it was convenient to ride from the apartment out to the bay.

Great stay

Overall, stay was good, wish the pool had been heated and access to washer and dryer. Other than that the beach was only a 2 minute walk and very nice. It turned cold, which we hadn't expected, but can't control the weather.

The pool is solar heated and usually warm. I felt bad that it was so cold that week, (3 nights in the 40's!) And I do not have a washer/dryer, laundromat is one block away.

Romantic Getaway

I would highly recommend staying at this place of paradise. It was everything plus more than we expected! Debra was very helpful for things we were looking to do on our vacation. She was always available with any questions we had.

So pleased with this stay as it met all our expectations and then some! Debbie the owner couldn't have been more helpful and available to answer all our questions and make things so easy for us. Perfect for the two of us....we will be back!

Awesome--great location!

WE enjoyed our time at Fort Myers Beach! Very quiet and private where we stayed and we even had a garage for our car. A short walk to the beach and some good eating places close by. Our king size bed was very comfortable. Very comfortable for two adults!

Peaceful place for a couple or small family

Two adults and 2 boys ages 12 and 8 stayed without any issues. Debra was very helpful with whatever needs we had while there. The screened in area was wonderful for our meals and evening time, and the kids loved the pool too! We could walk to the beach and it was very close to other points of interest like Lovers Key State Park. Would definitely stay again
