Great direct gulf views!!! WiFi in unit. Remodeled kitchen and Bathroom with walk in shower. We also have HDTV and DVD Player with a nice selection of movies.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher and disposal al all pots and pans, dishes and other kitchen utensils. Towels/linens are provided (see amenities below) including beach towels! We also have beach chairs, beach umbrella, bocci balls and cooler for the beach. There is a large heated pool with luxurious sun deck and a lovely grassy area for additional crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building.

We rent Saturday to Saturday except for July, Aug and Sept. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental.

Restaurants, medical care, CVS drug store, marina, kayak rental are just across the street. There is also a 7-11 easy walking distance. The beach trolley is only 50 cents (25 cents senior citizens) and will take you from one end of the beach to the other and to Lovers Key park several miles down the road. There are two Supermarkets on the island. There is a Catholic Church & several Protestant Churches on the island.

Enjoy four, well manicured (Har-Tru's ) tennis courts on property at this prestigious private Beach and Tennis Club. Cook out on the free gas grills on the deck in the bottom floor of our building. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf.

NOTE: Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the pure white sugar powder sand of this most beautiful beach. Stop in one of the many varied beachfront restaurants all along the boulevard. Enjoy dining or cocktails on their gulfside decks overlooking the beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

There is something for everyone. Hunt shells on the beach, play golf or tennis, swim in the Gulf of Mexico, or just 'veg out' at the huge heated pool. One of our favorite things to do is to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the covered balcony just taking in the gorgeous beach sights and sunsets.The Wyndham Gardens Hotel is just a short 4-5 minute walk up the beach behind the condo. Their Pinchers Grill is a great outdoor Tiki Bar which serves beer, mixed drinks and food. They often offer live entertainment. There are also a number of good restaurants and bars right across the street in Santini Plaza as well.

The unit was everything as advertised. It was beautiful, clean and had everything that we needed.

We fell in love with condo from moment we stepped through the door. The unit was spacious for two people. The king size bed was comfortable. The kichen was equipped with everything we needed. Loved the cabinets and fixtures. All we had to do was unpack and enjoy. It was quite and so relaxing. The view was breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the water waves and sounds. We spent much of our time sitting on the lani when we weren't at the beach. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins. The sea shells were amazing finding a few to bring home. The pool was warm and inviting the way I love it and the people were friendly. Checking in and out was seamless. I loved not worrying about carrying or loosing keys. The building was secure and safe. The owners also were very prompt in returning our deposit.

This was our first visit to Estero Beach/Fort Myer area and we loved it. It was quite with less tourists compared to other places we've stayed previously. There is a strip mall nearby where we ate a few times and the food was delicious. Otherwise we drove to the store for groceries and explored the area. We recommend Love Boat for homemade ice cream. It was the best. Always crowded but worth the wait. We will definitely be back next May. Thanks again for sharing your vacation home!

Great location, view and property

The unit was very well equipped, including beach chairs, umbrella and cart. View was fantastic. Had some issues with noise of the A/C but owner responded very promptly to take care of it. Beach was very close to unit and was very peaceful with minimal crowd. Only downside was the crowded swimming pool that serviced three buildings, but we just opted to go to the beach instead. All in all, a great place for a couple to spend a great vacation, plenty of restaurant choices, happy hour spots, and grocery nearby. Would definitely recommend it to friends and would consider returning.

12 Days after Irma, this condo unit was outstanding!

Our hearts go out to all who were so affected by hurricane Irma. It was sad to see so much damage on our drive down to Ft Myers. Dave gave us numerous updates on the condition of his unit and the complex itself. Thankfully this unit sustained very little damage and was great for the two weeks we were there. As advertised, the views are amazing, the cleanliness is top rate, and the unit is outfitted to the max. As a bonus we were visited not only by the osprey on the balcony railing, but also two bald eagles perched on the building roof to our left and a visiting Peregrine falcon roosting for the evening during migration. That's something these fellow "Yinzers" don't see too often.

Great place to rent.

The condo is clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Mike was great! Unfortunately we were there right after Hurricane Irma but it still worked out as best as could be. Definitely a good condo choice.

The owners were amazing to work with! The condo was spotless and VERY well stocked with everything and anything you could think of that you would need!
