Weekly rentals only for the months of June, July, and part of August, Saturday to Saturday. Discounted weekly and monthly rentals for the months of February, November, and December. Unit F5 condo renovated and offers a very comfortable setting for a vacation. This unit on the first floor is located in the middle of the complex with a view of the swimming pool and clubhouse from the balcony.
The beach access is less than 100 yards through the Villa property. The beaches of Pensacola are exceptionally beautiful with white sand and sparkling blue water.
The condo is equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. Flat screen TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. There are board games and books located in the condo The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. Bathrooms have been renovated.
Roku streaming and Wifi are available in the condo. There is a laundry facility at the complex. There is a lagoon adjacent to the building. Feeding the ducks is a favorite past time for all ages.
There is a trolley service that stops at the Villas and provides transportation to restaurants, shopping, and Bands on the Beach. This service is available from mid May to Labor Day. Every Tuesday night there is music provided by a band on the beach. This begins in April and lasts through October.

Perfect location, very clean

Quiet Condo

My daughter and I chose this place for our mother/daughter trip. A little bit older condo/area but it was perfect for us. The owners supply you with everything you need from kitchen, bathrooms, beach items, etc. The area is so peaceful even by the pool! The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all. The only downfall were the laundry facilities on the property. The change machine wasn’t working and most washers and dryers were broken. This certainly isn’t the fault of the condo owners but of property management. That would be our only complaint. We will definitely return in the future! .

Great location for Air Show!

We chose this property for its proximity to the Blue Angels 2024 Airshow, and it was perfect! The unit was clean and just the right size for our small party of 3 -- 2 adults, 1 teen. The property's swimming pool was small, but we had ample space to enjoy it and other residents were nice, children well behaved. Too bad residents did not adhere to "No Towels on Deck Rails", kind of spoiled our pool side view. Next time we will try for a Gulf View. Overall, good price and good experience.

Great Location and facilities

My sister and I took her two grandkids for our annual beach week the last weekend in June. This year we chose Pensacola Beadh and had a great time in your condo. It’s clean and modern with absolutely everything we could have needed. We loved being by the pool and able to walk right over to the beach. If we can afford it, we will come back again! Thank you for letting us stay!

Clean, comfortable, close to beach and pool.

My husband and I along with two of our grandkids enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and fun for both the seniors and kiddos. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Second time staying at this condo. Good communication with owners prior to visit. Condo clean and well stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable! One flight of steps, covered parking. No washer and dryer in unit, there is a laundrymat on resort. Condo is just steps to the beach, love the location!

Nice stay

Very close to the pool and beach. The water was crystal clear. The condo was stocked with mostly everything we needed for our week long stay. Right next to the trolley stop. Great for kids!

Beautiful, Peaceful & Fun!

The condo came fully equipped with everything we could imagine. We were within a 2 minute walk to the beach and the pool. Directions and instructions were thought out and well detailed. It felt like we were at home away from home. Couldn’t ask for a better location & it was especially beneficial to have the kitchen stocked so that we could enjoy meals together and not have to dine out every night. The only tiny issue that we had was that we could only find only 1 beach chair. A nice couple leaving, left us 2 older chairs that were able to use at the beach and left behind at the condo, but other than that, it was sheer perfection! Thank you so much for creating a special memory for our family! We had an amazing week!

Beautiful beach stay

The condo was clean and comfortable, and we had a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The only problem we had was a flash flood that totaled our granddaughter's car. This trip has taught us to ask about weather scenarios when we book a vacation! We would stay again!

Great place, close to the beach

Very nice, clean 2 bedroom condo that is one parking lot's walk away from the beautiful Pensacola beach. Short drive to the restaurants as well. Highly recommended

Short stay

We were only here for a short stay to perform in a Cheer competition. We loved the condo. Perfect location close to pool and beach, clean, near restaurants, and just the right size.

Pensacola Beach 2023

Condo was located in nice quiet area, very clean & owners were great about all the details on the condo. The only issue was the noise from people upstairs which is certainly not the owners fault & the no washer & dryer which we knew about ahead of time but kind of inconvenient when your at the beach, otherwise very good experience.

Sunny days at the beach

My husband and I had a family wedding in Mobile and took the following week to relax and enjoy the beautiful Pensacola beach. This is our second stay at the Keen condo. The location to the beach and other activities is perfect! The condo is homey and the beds are very comfortable ~ we highly recommend!

Wonderful Place!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, nice place to stay, great location, and easy walk to the ocean. Enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella and toys that were provided. Also appreciated the games that were available. We loved the pool being right outside our balcony, we could watch our teenage girls from inside the condo. Great owners. Will definitely stay there again!

Great location

Great rental. They had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Lots of room, super close to the beach ( like a 2 minute walk) and a short drive to restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

Condo was as described. Clean, comfortable and updated. Easy access to the beach, overlooking the pool and garden area. The beds were very comfortable. No washer and dryer but laundry area on site. Everything else that you need is provided including beach chairs and towels. The owners were available and very good to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This is our second time staying at the property. The first time we had an ocean view which is always wonderful but we opted for closer to the pool with two little ones. The price is a little cheaper without the ocean view which is nice also. The walk to the beach closer to the pool was still also very easy to do even with a 3 and 5 year old. Everything is clean, nice, pretty, and homey. My daughter and I traveled by ourselves with my grandchildren and we felt very safe there. We went right after school started back up and it was nice and quiet just like we like it. The weather was beautiful and the water was more beautiful than we had ever seen it. The pool is fairly small but since it wasn't the busy season, we mostly had it to ourselves. It is clean and has a bathroom next to it which is wonderful. We were a little disappointed we didn't have a washer and dryer in our room like last time but the on site washer and dryer wasn't bad to walk to. It was 3.50 to wash and dry but not bad in my opinion. We definitely plan on staying here again. It is so nice to stay in a place with a kitchen for a week vs hotel life especially with little ones. It is nice to go out and eat some but not for every meal. I would definitely recommend this place. We love the colorful buildings and beautiful landscaping in the middle. The kids enjoyed watching the ducks, turtles, and frogs around the little pond as well.

Great place

Everything was great. Make sure you read description as I missed the part where there was no washer and dryer In the condo. They have a huge assortment of games and books. Everything you would need for the beach. It does get hot on the balcony in the afternoon so the pull down shade helps a lot.

Pennsaola stay

The property was super clean and the owners made check in very easy!! Had plenty of space for my family of 6... Was a great location too as we didnt have to drive too a beach and was very nice it came with chairs toys an umbrealla and boogie boards for playing. We brought several things but would not have needed to if I had paid attention to the description 🤣. Pool was nice. Parking in the space was snug. Other than that this place was exactly what we were looking for. Highlyrecommend this condo

We chose to purchase this condo because it was newly renovated and and decorated. We enjoy the view from the balcony and listening to the seagulls in the morning. We enjoy feeding the ducks with our granddaughter and our walks on one of the most beautiful beaches.
