Very promptly responded to any questions I had. Excellent location, as we walked to Broadway, The Listening Room and restaurants. Very clean and would stay again!

The location is great! Host was quick to respond with answers to questions. The property has such a great view. Loved the sunlight. Only complaint was cleanliness and lightbulbs being out. I am not sure the people hired are meeting the expectations of the host but it wasn't terrible.

Amazing property and host

Property was clean, organzied and had a lotnof amenities. Located close to nashville downtown. Host was nice and commincated quickly. Will rent again when i come back to nashville .

Great Spot

This place was perfect, very clean and close to Broadway and all the live music. Also a few minute ride from the Gulch area with its amazing dining options. Great spot to stay in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Awesome place

Absolutely awesome rental. The location to broadway is FANTASTIC but without all the noise when it’s bed time. The owner is on top of communication and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent place to stay in Nashville

Very open floor plan with plenty of room for us (4 adults). Huge bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living area, pics online don’t do it justice. Had everything we needed, got some groceries and adult beverages delivered no problem. Take a few extra Kuerig cups and you’ll enjoy the heck out of the stay. Internet and all the streaming apps already there on the Roku tv for a rainy day. Easy instructions for access, worked like a charm. Great location a bit off busy and loud broadway but only a 4 min uber ride away and easily walking distance. We walked to a concert several times to/from Nissan Stadium and it was perfect. Will stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

Great Location

The location was perfect. Not too far from things, but also not too close. Easy access for everything and easily accessible. Sitting out on the balcony and listening to music from a distance just gave a nice feel and set the stage for where you were at that moment. The only thing I was dissatisfied with is I feel the floors could have been a bit cleaner. I hate walking around on a floor and dirt sticking to my feet. I am a bit of a clean freak, and I can't stand things on my feet. Other than that, overall, the place was very nice and clean.

Great getaway

Nice property. Description is accurate. Easy to walk downtown but is uphill on way back. Uber is a short ride. Easy checkin and easy to find. Only suggestion is a need for curtains on bedroom window. Sun very bright in the morning. We would recommend this property if you need a clean, nice place to stay. Plus parking is included!

Overall, great location and stay

We had a great stay in Nashville. The condo was the perfect size for us. It’s a nice building and community with a short walk to town. We used an Uber when necessary, but mostly walked wherever we needed. The condo had all the necessary amenities and the host was very responsive. We didn’t realize we’d be situated next to train tracks, so we did wake up early each morning to train whistles. The upstairs neighbor was heavy-footed and we heard him/her whenever they walked around their condo which was a nuisance.

Fantastic.

The condo was clean and well appointed. It was only a 20 minute walk to the MCC, Ryman auditorium and other down town attractions. It was missing a shower curtain but there were enough extra sheets and towels that we could rig up a curtain. ( I didn't try to contact the owners about this because I was busy, so I can't comment on their response). The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for us. Lots of space and privacy. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Clean unit but ….

The condo was clean and comfortable. There were several items that needed attention but the property manager never responded to my email. - The internet is sporadic and slow! - there were bugs from a previous guest who left food in the garbage disposal - the HVAC filter was very dirty, and building maintenance changed it upon request - the tub/shower drain did not drain, Building maintenance unclogged the drain. - the window coverings do not block views from outside. A separate covering is needed. Be aware

The property and unit was very nice. Unfortunately the 2nd bedroom bed pillows were soaking wet and discovered late at night. My guess the cleaning crew washed and made up the bed that way. Had to stay up and hour longer than wanted waiting for the dryer. The gnats were terrible in the unit and the key fob would not give us access to the rooftop area. Even with my complaints as described, I still give 4 out of 5 stars.
