Meidän villa on sisustettu, kalustettu ja ylläpidetään korkeatasoisesti. Meillä on oma seulotaan allas (mahdollistaa auringonpaistetta, mutta samalla on säilytetty vikoja pois) ja matala "kiddies" allas liitteenä. Tämä on näkymät järvelle (kalastus sallittu). BBQ & patio huonekalut säädetty. Internet-yhteys ja pelihuone pingistä / pöytätennis, jääkiekko, biljardipöytä, darts. Off Street Pysäköinti 2 autolle. Huvila sijaitsee Eagle Pointe South yhteisöä, vain etelään Highway 192 ja sisällä 12-20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kaikista tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä. Itä ja länsi rannikot ovat noin 90 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, kuten Kennedy Space Centre Cape Canaveral. On yli 15 golfkenttää 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, ja ratsastuskeskus on vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Richard was really helpful throughout. The house is amazing, I would definitely stay again. The pool was lovely, very spacious rooms, location was quiet and lovely.

Second time around

We stayed here as a family two years ago and had a great time. We booked it again as soon as we got home and have just had another fantastic family holiday. The pool was a big hit on both occasions, particularly with my grandsons, both waterbabies!

Fantastic villa

Stayed for 10 days in May and couldn’t have found a better Villa. Communication from host from day one was spot on and was very approachable when we needed questions answering when out there. Was a short drive from everything you needed. Facilities there were great just like being at home, perfectly clean and super comfortable beds.

Perfect home for our stay

Beautiful Property

My family, my friends, and myself came to Kissimmee for a Mother's Day getaway and we all LOVED this house. The pool was amazing, the location of the property was perfect for shopping, entertainment, and dining. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was adequately stocked, with appliances, for all our needs. I definitely want to rent this property again!!

Perfect, just perfect!

Cannot fault this property, it had everything we needed and was convenient for everywhere we wanted to go, it was perfect in every way. A lot of thought has clearly gone into making it a home from home, it had all the things you'd expect from a Florida villa with lots of extras. Instructions and communication were faultless. We were a family group of six adults. Absolutely recommend!

the photos dont do this villa justice. it was amazing. From walking in the front door to the stunning view from the pool it had everything.We have been going to florida for over 20 years and this was the best view ever. We are coming to Florida next year and will certainly look to see if this villa is available .

Overall a good stay…. Disappointed in a couple things, first the ping pong table that was shown in the pictures was not what was on the house. The one in the house went on top of the pool table and was not full size like we had expected… my nephew loves ping pong and this as one of the reasons we rented. Also the patio door/ pool alarm system was not secured properly to the door and on a couple of occasions the tape that was holding it on came loose and the alarm just started going off. We returned back to the house one day and it was already going off, not sure how long that had been happening, I ended up having to use a couple band-Aids to hold the sensor on the door so it would not keep going off. Other than that the house was nice and located in a good neighborhood.

Relaxing!!

We had a great stay here, Richard is prompt and nice. This was our first experience coming to Florida and not staying in a hotel and I must say, I don’t think my kids will ever want to stay in one again. It was a beautiful clean 4 bedroom house we were able to spread out and get some alone time when needed and has a nice living room for time for games and hanging out together. Not to mention the pool that was outback with beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much!!

An amazing property!

We stayed for 3 weeks in July and August 2024, and had a fabulous time. The villa was clean, spacious and exactly as it looks on the photos. We loved this property. It was great to be able to come back from the theme parks and have our own private pool to relax in. We enjoyed walking around the lake, and relaxing both inside and outside the villa. We had a few questions whilst we were there and Richard responded quickly to emails, which was excellent. We are heading the the west coast next year, but will definitely be back to Florida soon after, and would love to stay in this property again . The location was excellent! Thank you.

Cozy House with Beautiful Sunset

We had a wonderful time at The Eagle Point house. It feels very cozy for our family of three, but actually roomy enough to accommodate a lot more people. The house is very clean and well-kept. It was a great home for us to come back to after spending time at the theme parks. The pool overlooking the lake was definitely the highlight of the house. The sunset on the lake is so mesmerizing. Communication with the owner was also fast and easy. We hope to return to Orlando soon and be able to rent this property again.

Family come from PR, we rent to be together. My only concert is whit the bbq grill. We cant used to rust need resplaced. Other that the rest is perfect for us. So clean,expaciosus bedroom ,family room on garage and pool area amazing! Extreme recomended!!! Closed to everything . Thx

Easter 2023

We were looking for a villa with heated pool for a family holiday over Easter 2023. We found this on Vrbo and looked lovely. We had another villa last year in a different location but without the outlook over the lake of this one which makes such a huge difference. The pool was the centre of attraction for the whole holiday particularly my young teen grandsons. We even managed to nab a few fish and the resident alligator paid us a visit a couple of times!! The villa itself was just right for the eight of us. A lot of time was spent in the games room with a pool tournament most nights. A well equipped, clean villa in a very convenient location. Booked again for the same time 2025.

Fantastic vacation home in Kissimmee

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Kissimmee! The house was clean and just what we needed. The property management company was nice to work with when my husband thought he had left something behind. Our only complaint is that there were no paper towels or tissues when we arrived and we didn't realize until the next day after already doing our grocery shopping. It would have been nice to have at least one roll of paper towels especially, as we got in late at night. Also, access to large garbage bags, since we were checking out early and needed to take the trash out to the garage. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we'd stay again! Thank you!

We purchased the property from new in November 1999 when our daughters were only 4 year old, and 6 months old. We are based in the UK but usually manage to get out to the villa 2 or 3 times per year.
We are extremely house proud and keep the villa to a high standard. Fortunately, over the years, our guests have also respected the property and we have many returning guests.
