Very quite perfect 2 Bd 2 Ba Has Amazing Mt. Haleakala view from Living Room
This unit is the Trifecta of locations! Close enough to walk to the beach(6 min), close enough to walk to grocery stores(12 min) and restaurants yet far enough away from the road noise on S. Kihei Rd not to hear it. Modern and recently upgraded with new flooring, new paint and new tile, this generously sized 2BR 2 BA condo with 745sf also includes a jetted tub in the ensuite bath. Two reserved parking stalls are very close to the unit. We are on the second floor in the back of building 2 so you can enjoy the breeze off the mountain and a quiet night's sleep. There is a wonderful grass area below to hose off the beach gear and feet and for kids to play. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay here hassle-free so you can enjoy your vacation. 4 sets of snorkel gear, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 5 boogie boards. Both beach and bath towels are here for your use. Kitchen has all you need to make meals at home as well as BBQ utensils to use at the brand new gas grills by the pool.

About Joe and De Buckwalter
We live in Alaska but come to Hawaii every year to thaw out. What drew us to Maui and Kihei in particular was the little rainfall and price point. Once we arrived the first time we knew we made the right choice. The local shops and tourists that surrounded us were our type of people. Friendly, down to earth, adventurous and there to enjoy every minute of it. One of our favorite traditions we do there is stop and watch the sunset every night and our favorite beach to do that is Charley Young, just about a 6 minute walk, right across the street.

QUIET QUIET QUIET!! We think you will love the proximity to walk in either direction to the beach, as well as to eat, drink, shop and buy food. We have stayed at other locations and found this is not always the case. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai with a great view of Mt. Haleakala, or the view of the lush tropical garden in the middle of the complex out the kitchen window while doing the dishes. Many other units face the buildings next door.
What makes this Condo unique
Beautifully renovated with well done arches in the doorways and the amazing view out the living room/lanai of Mt. Haleakala. The location of the unit allows for awesome trade winds to cruise through so you can open the windows, leave the A/C off, and listen to the birds wake you in the morning. Nothing like it!!

Staying at Joe & De's condo was a wonderful experience! Everything was as described, the beds were comfy, and it had all the amenities we needed so that all we had to focus on was spending time together as a family in beautiful Maui! De was great about communication, which made the booking/traveling experience that much easier. We are already looking forward to coming back!
Conveniently located and clean
Joe and De's property was very homey, comfortable, and clean. Our party of three found the apartment the perfect size with two bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. The apartment is conveniently located a short walk to many beaches / foodland / shops and restaurants. Joe and De were very communicative throughout the whole process making check-in and check-out a breeze. There are even helpful signs throughout the condo with instructions :). Would definitely stay here again when I return!
Easy access to everything and had everything you needed!
My family of 4 stayed here for a week and we had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The access to the beaches was easy and it was great having all the beach gear available and not have to rent anything. The beds were comfortable and the condo overall was clean. I would stay here again! Thank you for a making our stay the best it could possibly be. The only suggestion I have is to look into making sure the burners sit flat on the stove, a little frustrating to cook on but doable.
Wonderful Vacation at B-214
My son, David, and I spent eight days on Maui, with the B-214 condo as our home base. It is quiet, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Among other activities, we drove around the entire island, so we were often weary when we returned. We knew that Pacific Shores was a place where we could crash with uninterrupted sleep. If we return to Maui, I would certainly want to rent this condo again--and I'd be very disappointed if it were unavailable.

The best part is that the condo is located Less than a 8 minute walk to Charley Young beach or Kamaole Beach 1. It's also centrally located to high-end shopping at The Shops at Wailea 15 min drive south, 25 min from the airport and 35 min to famous Lahaina. You can walk 10 min in either direction to great restaurants and grocery shopping. There is so much to do here you have to make multiple trips to experience it all. Fun activities await you ranging from biking down Mt. Haleakala to horseback riding, 4 wheeling, zip-lining, crater hiking, beginner SUPing, world class snorkling, body boarding, and romantic walks along the beach.

TAT #: TA-188-625-9200-01 We will issue a full refund for cancellations prior to 60 days of check-in. If we are able to re-book dates cancelled in less than 60 days before check-in, we will refund you the amount we are able to recover from a replacement reservation.
