April Special! Maui Banyan - Ocean View G Condo

Aloha!
Thank you for considering our ocean view condo in paradise! Our condo is right across Kamaole Beach Park II in the G building on the South side of the Maui Banyan Resort. The G building is the most sought after as it is closest to the beach without being right next to the road.

Our 'G' condo is a third floor, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit. The condo has a fully equipped, all stainless steel kitchen. Luxurious travertine tile surround the walk-in showers. With three AC units and three ceiling fans, this remodeled condo will keep you cool and comfortable all day long. Comfortable King and Full size beds will let you have a restful sleep after a fun-filled day. Covered gazebos and BBQ grills poolside provide a fun and relaxing tropical party. The Maui Banyan tropical landscaping with majestic palm trees, Birds of Paradise, and bamboo groves surround the resort and its two pools and two hot tubs. A tennis court keeps your backhand in tip-top form while you are away in paradise! It is truly a great place to stay without the high-end fees from high-end resorts.

This was an ideal place to stay on Maui. We were able to easily get to the Road to Hana, Wailea, and Kaanapali. There were food options easily walkable, including the best cinnamon buns ever. The room was comfortable and clean.

This condo is walking access to a beautiful beach right across the street and we often walked down there for the sunset. The location is great for shopping, food and a cute ice cream shop all in walking distance.Unfortunately, the condo itself is dated and we had issues with small little flea like bugs of some sort in the kitchen around the sink and on the counters. We had to be very careful with food and store most in the refrigerator or ziplocks.

Aloha Mary, I'm sorry for the ghost ants. Ghost ants are really tiny ants which are prevalent here in South Kihei. But we have our home treated 2-3 times per year. The whole property is treated a few times per year, actually. We have asked for a treatment this week. As for our home, we have bedding and pictures that keep the traditional look and feel of Hawaii. Wonderful family stay!

The condo was clean and well-equipped! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well as the beach right across the street (the provided chairs, umbrella and boards were perfect!). It was easy to cook meals in the kitchen and we also felt close to other restaurants and amenities. We'd happily stay again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very good at communicating and quickly taking care of a couple of issues we had. The location right across the street from Kamaoele 2 and the proximity to the pool made this a really convenient place to stay.
