Emerald Vista’s Villa is a custom design, thoughtfully planned and tailored to cater for you, the
discerning individual. It is situated on a breezy hillside facing exhilarating views of the Atlantic Ocean on
the southeastern side of the island. It is a spacious four bedroom, freehold property tastefully decorated to
add to the ambiance of living in paradise. Form meets function… Many of the design elements serve also
an important purpose. The clay roof is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, lends to the Spanish
Mediterranean style architecture and also has insulating and cooling properties.

Gorgeous house in a great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property.Check in was easy. The drive from the airport is easy and the house is very conveniently located. The view from the pool is stunning. The house overall has great, unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. A few things to know. The property manager does not provide information until just a few days before your arrival, so please reach out if you need information. The large master suite is on the main level; the three additional bedrooms upstairs are a descent size; there is soap in the bathrooms but please bring everything else, such as shower gels; you should rent a car; there is a large driveway. US residents should travel with converter to charge your phone, computer, hair dryer, etc. Lastly, there is no daily cleaning, and don’t forget bug spray. Also, if you are a coffee drinker, the coffee available is so-so. Don’t expect coffee pods.

Highly Recommend this lovely home!

If you are reading this, stop and book your stay here! We had a wonderful time in this lovely home with all the immenities we needed. The host reached out before arrival to ask if there was anything we needed to have there upon arriving. She also asked if we celebrated Christmas and had a tree decorated for us when we got there. The beds were extremely comfortable. The infinity pool was perfect with a beautiful view to the ocean. Very clear information for checking in and out. The only thing we needed was for someone to come in and cook and clean on the nights we stayed in. And do our laundry and pack up when we left.

Wonderful Views

What a charming home with a spectacular view! The check-in process was seamless and the house staff is the nicest and most helpful you will find on all the island. If you're looking for a place you can relax and unwind in a private setting while still being in a great location to reach the must-see excursions, this may be just the place for you! Keep in mind you'll likely want a rental vehicle to make the most of this beautiful location and the nearby food options. Huge kitchen with everything you need should you want to cook. While there is air conditioning in the bedrooms, the other living areas can become quite warm during the day if you are planning to use them extensively...but then you have a pool right out the back to cool off! Communication was great, the place was sparkling clean, and again the staff was simply the best!

Beautiful home in St. Lucia

This home is beautiful! It is very comfortable, very high end and has amazing views. We loved working with Debra and are so thankful for her help. She even brought us dinner to the house one night when we couldn't get dinner reservations. The house is in a very safe neighborhood with beautiful views to the ocean. We stayed half of our trip here and drove to many destinations and outings from the home. Most of our excursions were 45 minutes to 1 hour away. I would just warn people that the home is located on the south end in an area with very few restaurant choices and drives to most activities. We knew that when we booked but just want others to be aware. We are so glad to be able to stay in this home!

Emerald Vista and St Lucia are beautiful!

The home at Emerald Vista is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. We ran a thousand miles an hour between scuba diving at Anse Chastanet visiting Pigeon Island and hiking volcano and Pitons. Wonderful. Debra and Miller were terrific hosts. They provided the travel tips we needed and kept our stay very comfortable. Their kindnesses were very appreciated. This trip and stay was a winner! Beautiful Villa with a stunning view and the nicest owners ever!

Our family of six enjoyed a wonderful two week vacation at Debbie's villa. The villa is richly appointed with the best in fixtures and hardware. The bathrooms are perfect. The floorplan is open and expansive and was just a delight to stay in during our vacation over Christmas and new years. It was very clean and had maid service weekly to keep it shining during our stay. The infinity pool was lovely and the view from it was spectacular. Debbie and her husband Miller treated us like family even finding us a New Years Eve Party booking in a local resort that ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. They also invited us to Christmas day brunch at one of their families homes; we went and had a lovely time making even more friends to boot! There was a large screen Smart TV with Netflix and more in the nice living area. The villa also had excellent internet service which you do not often receive. The villa is in the south part of the island, but we liked it there better than the north, our opinion. Main thing, we felt safe. The house has a security system, but we just felt safe where we were and around the people who live in that area. We rented a van and motored everywhere no problem just making sure to stay on the right side of the road, lol. People were very friendly and nice everywhere we went. Specifically with Debbie and Miller, it was nice to deal with people who are a total class act. We recommend highly staying in anything owned by these people. They cared that we were happy and that we were also having a good time on the Island of St. Lucia. Thank you again Debbie and Miller. We will return, Randy, Karen, April, Ben, Allison and Dan.

We built this villa from the ground up. Architecture and interior design are my passion, and I was excited to translate that into reality. This villa is ultimately on the market for sale, and we also own the Emerald Vista development with other off-plan properties available.
