The photos poorly described second bedroom with 2 full size beds were in an attic loft. The ceiling cut off half of both beds for an adult; no full dresser available in loft area.Kitchen lacked full and useful cooking utensils. No grill cooking utensils found. Kitchen cabinet very difficult to reach for dishes and glasses - not senior friendly.House next door under construction made it difficult for privacy and quiet- construction dust all over cars in driveway.

The location is perfect for families. It’s a quick walk up to the beach and boardwalk. We never had to move our cars.Marilyn, the host, was extremely helpful. There were a few items missing and she got them to us ASAP!

Great Location, Clean

This was a perfect house for 5 of us. 3 Adults and 2 kids. Short walk to the beach. Short walk to the boardwalk. The owner was very attentive to our needs as guests. Would definitely stay here again.

Room for improvement

Small house located near the beach that can comfortably accommodate 6 and not 8 people. We have rented through VRBO quite often, but this is the first time that the standards of cleanliness and convenience were not reasonably satisfactory. On arrival: dirty finger marks here and there, badly swept floor, dried food on door handles, badly cleaned faucets and toilet benches, hair, unwashed windows. In short, a professional cleaning agency would be indicated. In terms of amenities, no hotplates, no colander, no cutting boards, no small supply of toilet paper and garbage bags, no fan in the main bathroom, no hair dryer, no umbrellas for garden tables. If it had been necessary to join the owner for these things, we would have spent our time calling her. This explains our low rating. Luckily there was the sea!!!!

Jersey Shore Hideaway

Very nice little beach hideaway near the beach. Very nicely appointed and Marilyn was very pleasant and accommodating. We had a few requests prior to arrival and she met our needs. There were a couple items that needed attention but none of those issues effected our comfort or overall experience. We would definitely stay there on future trips to the central Jersey shore. Thanks Marilyn!!

Family trip with teens

Nice property close to the beach, bay and Seaside Heights boardwalk. Marilyn is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our week at the shore.

Seaside Park House

The house itself was in a great location, 2 blocks from the beach and a comfortable walk to the boardwalk and some restaurants. My only concern was that ceiling fans were not cleaned, very dusty and not useable. The owner was very nice, met us after we arrived and was available if needed. It was a wonderful place to stay as a whole, thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it rained 2 days!

Perfect location

Just a short walk to the beach. Beach badges are a big plus. Nice quiet neighborhood. House is very open and comfortable. Two bathrooms, plus outside shower for post-beach rinse off. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house

Very nice and conformable place, 1/2 block J beach

This place was exactly what we needed for a relaxing week at the beach . The house was comfortable for our family of 3 adults and three teens . Kitchen was well appointed for proper meal preparation. Having two full bathrooms was a plus ( Master bedroom) . Marilyn the owner was super nice. Only good things to say about this place . Short work to beach and Bay for beautiful sunsets. 5-min drive to Island Beach State Park.We will definitely come back.
