Great place to relax and enjoy Brigantine's southend beach - about a 15 min walk through the reserve area to the beach; and quick drive to the cove. The pool is open this summer with social distancing rules in place (heated to 75 degrees).

3 bedroom townhouse in private community, sleeps 6. Open floorplan with kitchen and dining room with a look out to great room, with deck and outdoor seating, below. Dining room seats 6.

Largest bedroom has private deck with stall shower and ample closet space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 twin beds with shared large bathroom. Washer/dryer located on same floor as sleeping quarters.

Beach tags and pool passes provided (6).
No smoking, no pets please.
Kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils.

Swimming pool is a winner

It didn’t have a grill or more than a balcony to hang out outside and that was missing for us. The owner was really attentive once we got there and forgot our linens! The swimming pool was wonderful.!

Airy and spacious

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse is airy and spacious. The kids loved playing hide and seek while after a day at the beach and pool. The pool area was great and the beach was lovely.

Terrific Stay in Brigantine

We stayed at this lovely townhome for two weeks in the summer of 2020. It was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The garage was a great place to store bikes and kayaks. The balcony off the living room and master bedroom were nice for morning coffee or evening drinks-the development is very quiet. Our children are aged 12, 14, and 16 and they enjoyed the freedom of the bike path to Aversa or Aunt B's. The walk to the beach is about 12 minutes, mostly through the dunes. The pool was closed (COVID) but it would of been perfect for them for an evening swim after a day at the beach and the owner was very forthright in letting us know it was closed. Great communication, great house, terrific vacation highly recommended.

Spacious beach block rental

My family of six really enjoyed our stay in Brigatine at this location. The unit was very spacious with three bedrooms. Proximity to the pool was great it was right across our door. Owner supplied beach chairs beach umbrella and beach cart. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need hope to be back soon

Coquille Beach Review

We have only one small complaint, the toaster in the kitchen does not work. We recommend putting at least one comfortable arm chair or recliner in the living room for older guests. My husband who is in his seventies really did not have a comfortable chair to sit and read in. Property met most of our expectations otherwise.

Property is spacious, well appointed, and neat and clean! The pool is across the street, very convenient and parking is plentiful. I highly recommend this property for rental!

Not clean and very dated.

The property was unclean and very dated. The kitchen had grease which hadn't been cleaned in months. The oven was filthy. The range hadn't been cleaned and was left with food spatter under the burners and the hood filter was dripping with old grease and dead flies.. The toaster was left uncleaned and the microwave oven worked intermittently. The kitchen cabinets were sticky with a greasy film and the shag carpeting which was probably 20 years old was disgusting and not recently vacuumed. In addition, the toilet seats were spattered and left uncleaned. In all, it was difficult to feel comfortable in such a neglected and unclean property. If money was spent for a cleaning service, it should be refunded. We spent the first day trying to clean the areas that were neglected in order to spend a week there. If I had an alternative place to stay I would have asked for my money back.
