Just minutes to Downtown Palm Springs.

Enjoy lounging by the pool (can be heated for a fee), unwind in one of the many shady lounge areas, or have a BBQ on the built-in BBG in the backyard.
This home is ideal for families, friends, retreats and pets (fee).

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, with top appliances, and plenty of cooking and dining ware, as well as free condiments, spices and coffee / tea.

Of course, the homes have lots of amenities, such as bath amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), towels and linens, pool floats, playpens and high chairs, ping pong tables, games and toys, and Roku TV's in almost every room for yo to watch your favorite channels with your personal log in. All the brand-new spa-like bedrooms are very spacious, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable.

The home features an inviting open floor plan, designed with beautiful, stylish furnishings in soothing colors and thoughtful touches. The open floor plan features a nice flow from the beautifully landscaped private backyard, through large sliders into the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The private, fenced backyard offer plenty of patios, seating, dining shady lounging areas, which allow you to unwind and relax fully, in beautiful nature surrounding you.

Bedroom configuration:

Owner suite with a king bed and a newly remodeled en-suite spa like bathroom with a tub and walk in shower, a flat screen TV, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet.
The "blue" guest room has a comfortable queen bed, a sitting area.
The "lavender" guest room has two XL twin beds.
The "Tiffany" quest room (in the ADU) is located off the kitchen, and has a king bed, a sitting area, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large flat screen TV.
The third newly remodeled bathroom features a double walk-in shower and a double sink.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
We offer some optional extras for you to choose from, and inform you of the associated fees as follows:

POOL HEATING:
Fee $195 per day / pool. You can choose to heat the pool for your entire stay or just a few days.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
Fee $150 per option. Early check in allow access from 8 am on your arrival date. Late check out allows you to stay until 6 pm on the departure day. The regular check in time is from 4 pm, check out time is by 11 am. This option is subject to availability as we have to block the adjacent travel dates for you. We suggest booking this early as availability is limited.

PET FEES:
Fee $200 per pet / per stay. We allow your furry family members to join you, and we would appreciate it if you could kindly use poop bags and remove any pet remnants from the property (such as backyard / front yard, etc.).

EXTRA GUEST FEE:
Smaller groups enjoy booking for a lower nightly rate as we charge Fee $50 / night from / guest 4 guests.

NOTE:
This property is a non-smoking premises.
Note that visitors are not allowed and only booked guests are allowed access to the premises.
Note that the property is located 15 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport and airplane noise can be heard depending on the direction of the winds.

Children should never be outside around the pools pool and spas without adult supervision as the pools and spas are not fenced.

Palm Springs Family Vacation

The compound was perfect for our family of 14. Everything was clean, comfortable and very well kept. Jen was easy to communicate with from the time we booked our stay. The location is in a nice residential area, close to downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely come back again!

A very relaxed weekend

My husband and I spent our 7th Wedding Anniversary here. We were greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift, of champagne. The house was clean, relaxed and beautifully decorated (and newly remodeled). It has everything you need for your vacation, its extremely close to the La Quinta area and minutes away from downtown. The pool/jacuzzi were also an amazing touch for our relaxed weekend. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend!

OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Whenever I am in the desert I stay at Jen's place. It;s my home away from home. Check in is always super easy and I find everything I need there. Don't need to go shopping fr my morning coffee, because she always has coffee available for me. Lots of other amenities. The home is always super sparkly clean, and the view never gets old. The design is very inviting and inspires pure relaxation. I love this house. This is my third time there and its not my last time.

Dreamy place

The home is dreamy. It is very spacious. Its view is truly amazing. The style of decor is very soothing and just beautiful. The home is extremely clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cook- and dinnerware. Lots of amenities from toiletries, to cooking spices, to sheets, towels, to cleaning items, and more. The bedrooms are nice and large and the beds are very comfortable. The location is ideal (walking distance from everything). The private pool and spa are nice. Check-in is seamless and the owner is very responsive and friendly. We can highly recommend this home. It's a very good deal.

Paradise Found!

I cannot say enough amazing things about everything regarding our stay from booking request through check out but here are a few: - Jen and David were SO nice, accommodating and responsive - The home’s furnishings were not only lovely but comfortable and the house was so clean you could eat off the floors! - The outdoor space was a private resort and looks as beautiful as the pictures. We so appreciated having an umbrella, comfy loungers, pool floats etc. - The location was great, being walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks etc. and a short drive to go shopping (Target/Walmart/Marshall’s etc.) All this to say - if you are planning to stay in the Palm Springs area, I would look no further! Thanks again Jen and David for your help in making our vacation week so memorable!

Truly a tranquil and beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed in this home while in the area for a work conference. As described, this home provides unobstructed views of the beautiful landscape and mountains. Whether you were relaxing on the quiet patio or enjoying a meal in the dining room, the view was fantastic. Beautiful, and clean pool and spa. Very stylish furnishings in the home and heavenly showers with LED light shower heads. Great supply of towels and soap. We appreciated the very quiet and peaceful area. My work conference was in the Indian Wells area and it was about a 7 minute drive from this home. The owners and manager, Veronica, were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this home if you are in the Palm Desert area.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY AND AMAZING VIEWS

The pictures do not do this home justice. The home and its surrounding nature is much more beautiful, than the pictures here capture. It's tranquil vibe is inviting and so is the spacious, open floor plan, the elegant furniture and the soothing decorating colors. All new amenities, all new spa - like bathrooms and a convenient touch of a button wireless spa / pool heater make the stay a luxurious experience. The home is super clean and the love for detail is apparent. The bedrooms are spacious and invitingly homey. The glass rock fire places (inside and outside ) are truly romantic. Its conveniently located in walking distance to coffee places, restaurants, supermarkets and more. This home is a true desert paradise.

Absolutely Amazing Vacation Home!

This beautifully re-done Palm Desert home is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. My friend and I stayed for a long weekend at this house in Spring and it was fantastic. I loved the flooring and the bathrooms. It had everything, all the amenities were provided. The owners have done a really good job of thinking out everything you will need while you are there and making it available. The pool and hot tub are lovely. It is so pleasant having the view of the golf course and mountains and the golfers are very respectful. It was so nice that we practically spent the entire vacation at the house by the pool, venturing out far less than anticipated for just a couple dinners. It was easy to get to El Paseo and downtown Palm Springs with an Uber or Lyft and very convenient to have the grocery stores and Starbucks so close. I would recommend this house to everyone and hope to make it back!

A house with gorgeous views

This house had a great view accessible from the kitchen, dinning room, living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a master bathroom bigger than any bathroom i have ever been in. But the house is big enough for a few others too. I found Jennifer extremely receptive to all my questions and inquiries, and having David (the local person) there was super helpful. If there is anything you really want at the house just let Jennifer know and it is extremely likely that she will make sure you have it. The weather in winter is gorgeous. But if you are there in the summer, i am sure you will enjoy the backyard and the pool very much.

Amazing 3 properties next to each other!

We had a mini family reunion with a total of 14 people and these three beautiful homes...literally all right next to each other...were the perfect place to gather as a group, but also to be able to have private time for our individual families as well. Talk about convenient! Each house is tastefully furnished and each has everything you could need for a Palm Springs getaway, including BBQs, pools, kitchens with all the amenities, etc. It's clear that a great deal of thought and care went into each property. Working with the local manager was a breeze and she was very responsive. I would highly recommend this group of homes if you have a gathering that's too big for one, or even two homes. The fact that the three houses are adjacent makes it so simple and easy to get together on a moment's notice. A very rare treat indeed that helped make a memorable weekend even more memorable!

Amazing home! Great deal! Great vlaue!

My friends and I like to golf, and we enjoy the County Club Golf Course very much. Jen's home is right on that golf course, which was just perfect. We loved having a private pool and spa, and we truly enjoyed the magnificent views. The vacation villa is stylish and elegantly furnished. The lavender colors make the place very soothing to the eye. The home was spotless. The bedrooms were large and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything, and some. We could walk to restaurants, coffee shops etc., which made this location even more perfect. We stay a lot in vacation homes and this one by far the best we have ever been to. It is also the least expensive, which surprised us, given it is is such a luxury level home. We got a great deal - fantastic value. The owner was very fast in responding to our questions, and she was very kind and patient with us (we had a lot of questions). We can highly recommend the property to everyone, especially if you are looking for a luxury level place at a good deal.

Best Location for 30th Reunion with 20ppl

We were looking for a place to have a 30th reunion with 20 people. This location and set up was more than ideal. We had the 3 homes for us to spread out in and used the middle house for the group hang out. The houses each have a beautiful color scheme with lots of amenities. Kitchens were well stocked with all things needed for our get together. Houses were very clean upon check in and the pools were very nice (no need to heat in June). Lots of space to hang out, sit and relax around the pool. We used the BBQ for a cookout one night and that was so wonderful to cook at the location. Nice to have this option for the group. Everyone left the weekend feeling like we "scored" on this location. So unique to have 3 houses next door to each other which worked out so well. We'll be back in 4 years if it's still available!! Jen, our host, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We would definitely work with her again in the future. She answered our questions and communicated with us in a timely fashion, as well as was very nice and cordial. Thank you for your help along the way. If you are getting together with a larger group of friends of family, this is such a great way to do it. People can come and go to their rooms, no need for restaurants or driving anywhere if you plan ahead. I still can't believe we found this place...it was such a treat.

Clean property!

We really enjoyed ourselves! The inside was just as pictured, very clean! The pool was pretty warm when we got there but luckily cooled down by 9. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. Would love to come back!

Nice pool with golf course

The home is peaceful and purple as advertised! It’s a bit dated and could use some upgrades (pool chaises, kitchen drawers, bedding) but overall it was in great shape and the Experience was lovely and easy.

FANTASTIC STAY - GREAT HOUSE - GREAT VALUE FOR $

We highly recommend this vacation villa. 5-Star - all the way! This home is one of a kind, not just because it's so beautifully furnished and very well maintained, but because it actually looks much better in real, than on the pictures online. That's rare. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and has literally everything. Everything is super sparkly clean, which is not easy given the home has white shiny floors (and you would see everything on it). Nice open and spacious floor plan. Stylish and tastefull furniture. Beautiful bathrooms, and high-quality towels, linens, and bedding. They did not spare when designing his home. It's very luxurious. We very much enjoyed the pool, spa, and the magnificent view. It's very close to shops and stored (you can walk) . Love the golf course. It's beautiful We steped out into the back yard and just play gold. We also feel thehouse is very reasonably proiced. It's a really good deal deal actuall, and the host could not have been nicer. We highly reccomend ithis home to everyone, from single travelers, to couples, families and just friends on a trip.

FANTASTIC STAY! AMAZING HOME! BETTER THAN PICTURES!

The house is newly renovated and has many beautiful design touches. More kitchen equipment and amenities you'd find in other vacation homes. The owner clearly goes the extra mile to make sure guests have everything they could possibly need, which us much appreciated. Very responsive host. The home is spotless clean. Amazing views. Very inexpensive for a luxury home like this. We highly recommend this home to other travelers.

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY!!!! Highly recommend!

We staid in Jen”s home and enjoyed it very much. It is a beautiful home, very clean and nice furniture. The house is spacious and open. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of natural light. Large sliding doors invite outside nature inside . Nice balance . New kitchen, very well equipped. New bathrooms - wonderfully relaxing like a spa. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Fantastic home - Will be back for sure

Not only is Jen the owner super responsive and kind, she truly cares for the home and it shows. It is pristinely clean. It's beautifully furnished. Everything seems new. Lots of amenities (more than I have at my home), and a breathtaking view. We loved hanging by the saltwater pool and spa and grilling our brats on the stainless steel BBQ. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and are tastefully designed like you find a spa hotel. We had a fantastic time and will surely be back soon. Thank you Jen.

LOVE this home

Super beautiful and clean home with everything you need, and more. House is super clean. You can eat from the white floors. Super clean! Loved the beautiful furniture and design.
