Very nice rental very close to beach. 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment Summer Rental with view of the ocean. 100 feet from ocean. Good for 5 people. Cathedral ceiling in living room. Coin operated washer and dryer. Outdoor shower and table and chairs in an outside sitting area. Barbecue, cable television and wifi included. Has two fulls, twin beds as well as futon for sleeping. Parking for one car.

Great location. Just off the beach

We had a great time staying here. The unit was a little small but the location made up for that. It was about 1/2 block from the beach and only 4 blocks away from the start of the boardwalk. My daughter and her friends loved being so close to the action. I loved the 2 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect Location

We had a very nice stay at Marilyn’s property in Seaside Park. Her communication prior to check in was very good and she also took a few minutes to stop by and welcome us and see if we needed anything. We found the apartment clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked enough that we were able to cook breakfast and a dinner during our stay. The air conditioners were working well and each room also had a ceiling fan. You are right across the street from the beach at this property, close to the boardwalk but far enough away to not have the noise bother you.

Excellent location and attentive host.

Marilyn is an excellent and attentive host. The location was perfect for us; away from the rides but close enough to the boardwalk for food. Beach access was just across the street.

The property was clean and very close to the beach. The rooms are not large but comfortable and the living room has a view of the dunes and water. There isn’t a dishwasher
