Ce condo a un salon ouvert et une salle à manger. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et la deuxième chambre a deux jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes une dans chaque chambre. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette unité et il est permis de fumer à l'extérieur uniquement. Oh, ai-je mentionné les levers de soleil sont incroyables! Nichés dans les dunes dorées de l'île Mustang, les condos Beachhead offrent une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Les installations du complexe comprennent une piscine, un salon pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 60 personnes avec une cuisine complète, idéal pour les fêtes, les mariages, les réunions de famille, une aire de jeux et une promenade privée menant à la plage à quelques pas de l'un des logements. Our family getaway 2025

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Beachhead was good.The manager/employees responded quickly to our concerns.The room was good with good kitchen appliances and dinner ware etc. The queen bed and single bed were comfortable but the only two items needing care were the sofa sleeper mattress needed more padding and a shade/ blind on the balcony door so the sun would be blocked.The walk to the beach and pool was simple and enjoyable.Tvs worked great as well.

The grounds of Beachhead are a parent's delight. A well maintained playscape, warm pool over looking the ocean, and a game room with plenty to do. There is washing/drying on site. Great parking. Beachhead is excellent for family reunions. It caters to a kid-friendly, family oriented gatherings.We have booked Jan's Oasis for the future.

Great vacation rental for a family

We had a great time at Jan's Oasis. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 4 (including two elementary aged children). We loved the easy walk to the beach. No need for a golf cart - we just brought our own wagon to haul items to the beach. We utilized the nice condo community pool each day, too. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location

This unit is on top floor w no elevator. You go up 2 long stairways. Comfy furniture and bedding. Clean, although tubs and bathroom flooring could use updating. Enjoyed our stay

Great location

The condo was as advertised - nice view, easy access to beach, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms could use a little work - no bath mat so had to be very cautious getting in & out of shower on tiled floor, rusty shower faucet handles, and ceilings above showers need good de-molding - didn’t feel clean. Could use a good dusting throughout unit Property management could use better checkin system - had to drive to office for key code, parking pass & wristbands and also not wait til day of checkin to demand ID text to random cell # - I had booked, signed contract & paid in full a month before and they didn’t ask for it then. Overall neat place that suited our beach getaway

We do demand ID verification via text for door code guest every spring being that kids under 25 sneak book, the message is sent automatically to each guest, you do not have to send any info via text if you are already checking into our office! We do try to make each check in as easy and smooth as possible. ID verification is required at any and every rental company upon check in! Thank you for the feedback and will definitely look into the other issues reported and suggestions.

Nostalgic after Christmas vacation

Upon inspecting the condo after first arrival found several different discrepancies that should have been fixed before we got there. For instance in the master bedroom no globe on the ceiling fan just a bare bulb , water glass sitting on the nightstand half full of water, in the master bathtub the tub diverter was old crusty , when we ran water debris from the diverter was all over the bottom of the tub. Kitchen faucet would not shut off properly, found a dirty dish in cabinet, no coffee pot only Keurig machine which was unexpected. Blinds in the second bedroom were inoperable which was The view to the ocean, the light fixture on the balcony overlooking the ocean was hanging by the wires! On a positive note the beds were very comfortable in the bedrooms, furniture was adequate through out the facility, kitchen had all of the amenities except for coffee pot. Was a short walk to the beach as promised. Overall I would give it three out of five stars.

Jan’s Oasis Review - A stay but basic amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was pretty accurately described and the view was very nice, the rooms were spacious but with small beds, had a designated parking spot, and the heated pool was pleasant!I would say that it felt like a lot more steps involved in the rental due to it being managed by a property management company (ie: several different emails were sent with confirmations, use of an unnecessary app for property, stop at different location to pick up wristbands for the apartment) All a waste of time when all someone needs is a confirmation email with details and a room access code - not provided until you go to property management location, plus a random text was sent day of check in requiring a picture of drivers license for proof of age, which felt totally like a scam -especially when I had to show up in person to pick up my door code and wristbands!). A few things that I also disliked that should be considered: when the place seems to cater to the beach-going out of town folks, the amenities were not very focused on the needs of those who perhaps fly in for a stay. One example is there were ZERO beach items for use, you literally have to bring your own beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels - which is challenging when you fly in for the getaway! The place does not offer anything beyond toilet paper and dish soap for you to wash your own dishes before you check out! Another thing to consider is that there isn’t a private use washer/dryer to use and each load costs $1.50 and is located by the pool house. Not super convenient when you spend all day at the beach or pool and your stuff doesn’t dry overnight (so either pack lots of extras or pay to dry your stuff). The final disappointment, while not a huge deal because the wall was short, was the lack of direct access to the beach via our rented golf cart (which was also solicited to us through the property management affiliate group). Overall, it was a nice stay but cost the same as other places with bet

I am sorry to hear your stay was not as pleasant as hoped for. A lot of emails are automatically generated the only email that needs to be looked out for is the contract! Everything else will be sent out via text or call. These properties are separately owned and we manage separate ones therefore we have to provide you with the parking passes and being the reason why you have to come to our office. Port A does have some great companies you can reach out to, to rent beach supplies. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you again!

Cozy Getaway!

Reviewer Comments: The unit was cozy and had everything you needed for the price. And the view!! The updates were decent but some of the furniture, tv's and rugs could be replaced. The two cons we had were the smell of the unit (we had to buy Febreze spray to use daily) and the closed balcony so could not take advantage of the ocean view. It is a third floor walk up so keep that in mind when booking but didnt bother our family of four. The pool and gaming area were super fun and the ocean view from the pool is stunning. It is an older condo group so do not expect the ritz but overall great value. The property management company was the best in town and we have dealt with quite a few. Very helpful and communicative.
