Introducing Beach Bunker SIV30. This is a wonderful remodeled condo located on the 2nd floor of the beachfront building in Sea Isle Village. Bedroom1 has a queen size bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle and a private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bath located right outside the bedroom. The open living room and kitchen is a great place for gathering. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. This unit has a spacious deck that overlooks the gulf and the sand dunes. A stairway off the deck leads you right to the beach walkway. There are 2 TVs in the unit. This spacious condo sleeps 6 guests. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an oversized pool, sports court and 2 playground areas for the kids. Sorry, pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Come enjoy the direct ocean breezes this true island condo has to offer! There is parking allowed for two vehicles for this unit. One parking spot is right in front of the unit. If you rent a golf cart or have a second vehicle, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass for additional parking from them. Parking passes are required. So convenient to the beach! And the covered deck was a great surprise- it rained all weekend but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors while our neighbors were stuck inside. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo! Clean, convenient and so close to the beach! My only complaint-ish were the bed sheets were so starchy! But other than that, it’s a great spot and we will definitely stay again!!

The view from the porch is great. The proximity to the beach trail perfect - like 60 feet andthen maybe a 200 yard walk to the beach with a shower bench along the way. Everything we needed was provided for (bring your own coffee of course). My 5 yr old asked, “Can we live here!” I intend to stay here again.

Great property with easy beach access and lovely view of the dunes. Our unit even had stairs down to the beach walkway - walk was about 200-300 yards to the beach. Unit was recently updated so everything was new and in good shape. Comfortable and well appointed’ plenty of room for two tall teenagers. Thank you for sharing your property

Beach Condo

Nice condo.. clean and comfy. Easy walk to beach. Nice large pool. Hose to wash off sand. Close to everything. Only negative is the condo says it has a washer and dryer in the amenities but it does not. When I asked the property manager about it, they apologized and suggested we call VRBO and have them take it off the amenity list. I said I don’t feel like that’s something the customer should have to do. Other than that, the place was great.
