Open and breezy; attention to detail shines from every facet. This beautiful impeccable two story Costa Rican villa consists of two bedrooms on the lower floor both with on suite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two twin size beds. The main floor of the villa consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, living area and a spacious outdoor living space furnished with locally crafted furniture for you to enjoy. All rooms are equipped with fans and air conditioning units. A gated long private driveway leads you to the villa where you will have your own private parking space. You will also have access to a beautiful shared outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi for a relaxing time at home.
Please note we provide Bath and Beach towels based on the number of guests. For those staying less than one week we will provide toiletry for their entire stay. For those staying one week or longer we provide a "starter kit"; 1 to 2 days worth of toiletry. Thank you, and we look forward to making your stay in Samara absolutely wonderful!

This private villa is one of the two villas on this gorgeous five acre mountain top property. The villa will be yours and yours alone to enjoy during your stay. No one but you will have access to it. The property has a private gated driveway. You will receive a key upon arrival and many, many Smiles :) The owners live on the property adjacent to this villa and are available in person, by phone, text or email should you need anything.
A/C is available at an additional $30 per night. Should you decide to use the A/C units please let us know in advance and we will adjust the price accordingly and provide you with the remote control to be able to activate the units.
Please note that the villa and all facilities are for the immediate guests use only and no outside visitors are allowed on the property. For the tranquility and safety of the surrounding nature, all guests and the homeowners no parties and events are allowed. Please let's live in harmony with our surrounding.

As your hosts we are available 24/7 in person, by phone, text or email. We encourage all guests to get in touch with us without hesitation if they have any questions about the Suite, or simply queries about the town and activities in the area. We live on the property adjacent to this villa and are usually onsite to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable visit. We are available but not intrusive.
