Can't beat the view

  • 5 of 5

This is a nice property with a great view of Mt. Rainier from the back deck. The owners paid a lot of attention to detail when they built the house. If you go in for leaded glass and balconies this is the place for you. Everything you need to keep house was provided and worked well. We used the gas grill and the TV that offered plenty of options via satellite. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of hot water and everything was very clean. The owners are also very responsive if you have questions. I recommend this listing and will come back the next time I visit the area.

Well equipped cabin with great view from decking.

  • 5 of 5

This well-equipped and spacious log cabin proved an ideal base for us to explore the Mt Rainier national park from. The view of the mountain from the deck is great - as is the hot tub - and the nearby supermarket had everything we needed for catering etc. We would definitely recommend this cabin and the Packwood area to our friends.

Beautiful views of Mt. Rainier and cute, convenient cabin!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! We had perfect views of Mt. Rainier every day we were there from the back porch and we spent a lot of town outside. We were only a drive away from great hiking and the town of Packwood was a close drive away. The house was clean and very cozy. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great little place

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here for a few nights after flying in from Thailand, and it was the perfect place to recover from jet lag. The house is cozy and well-stocked, with games and movies and great access to the park and other hikes in the area. The weather was lovely (but still cold in mid-June). We would have appreciated access to a washer and dryer but other than that we were very happy here. And, of course, the hot tub was a big plus.

One for the books

  • 5 of 5

We had such a fantastic time. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our kids and the property was perfectly nestled among trees and green so you were able to be rustic enough while still being close to civilization. That driveways something else, wonder how it fairs with snow on the ground! We planned this 3-day weekend for skiing all three days and the kids were torn between skiing and going back home to the cabin. This was our first ski vacation away from family or our home mountain and the first family-only cabin stay so there was a lot of excitement going on. A definite success and everyone left with wonderful memories. Thank you for making your home so cabiny-rustic and comfortable. It's something we'll likely repeat.
