Our exclusive 3rd-floor penthouse offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them an en-suite with bath tub), and a large terrace with stunning views of the Guadiana River and Portugal skyline, which is also the perfect place for enjoying the sun, your morning cafe or evening cocktail. The dining room and lounge can easily and comfortably accommodate 6 people. The lounge is furnished with a 55” smart television perfect for streaming (on free Wi-Fi) your favorite programs on Netflix, provided. The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher and built-in oven. The penthouse opens to the terrace through 4 doors. We do have both heat and aircon, but because we sit high atop Las Colinas (“The Hills”), the breezes are amazing and refreshing on a hot summer day.
