Une expérience de détente complète dans une maison très confortable

Bienvenue sur le luxe 4000 pieds carrés maison moderne dans Barra de Navidad, construit en 2013. Situé à quelques pas du canal principal, et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, lagon, principaux restaurants et commerces dans la ville.
Il est une maison de 2 étages. Au premier étage, vous trouverez un garage principal automatisé pour une grosse voiture. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable, refroidisseur de vin, des casseroles, des pots, etc. un comptoir de granit qui peut être utilisé comme une salle à manger avec 4 tabourets, assez cellier, et tout comme une partie de la zone principale, juste à côté de la terrasse et la piscine.
Un salon confortable avec un "câble-TV 42 plat HD, Blu-Ray, étagères, et un canapé en cuir dans une zone dans laquelle vous pouvez regarder des films ou profiter de la vue depuis le jardin et la piscine. Climatisation pour la cuisine et le salon principal.
Une chambre au premier étage avec un lit double et un lit simple en haut, air conditionné, télévision par câble et une salle de bains complète.
Une terrasse de décoration moderne avec une table pour six personnes, meubles de patio, un évier, rafraîchissement réfrigérateur, douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide, et une salle de bains de ½. Vous pouvez également utiliser le gril pour les barbecues de l'après-midi.
A 270 pieds carrés privés et piscine chauffée avec un 1600 pieds carrés beau jardin et deux paumes.
Une buanderie avec machine à laver et de séchage.
Le deuxième niveau a plancher en bambou, et vous trouverez une autre chambre avec un lit et haut lit simple, air conditionné, télévision par câble avec une salle de bain complète.
Il y a aussi une salle T. V. avec un canapé-lit pour deux personnes, climatisation, 46 "télévision par câble plat HD et DVD.

I loved my stay here. The person doing the cleaning (Gaby) was awesome, plus the house was in a great location, close to EVERYTHING!!! Loved the nightly fireflies and can't wait to come back. Pool, privacy, etc.,what else do you need?????

Amazing Place!!

We loved our stay in Barra! This was the perfect place to stay at it was a very close walk to town. The house was immaculately clean and just beautiful inside and out!! AMAZING!

We had an amazing time in Barra staying at this lovely house. The house is spotless with a wonderful pool and very close to town. Within 5 minute walk. So no car needed. It’s very safe and secure. The owners Esteban and Carla are so great! Extremely helpful, especially when finding us information on getting our covid tests before we left. They went above and beyond for the 4 of us and we felt so welcomed. We are so thankful for everything they did for us and are planning on going again next year. You will not be disappointed with the home owners and this amazing house. Gaby the house cleaner comes twice a week and is lovely. Thank you is not enough for all the help we received. Très bon emplacement dans le village propriété bien entretenue, propre, on vit dehors à côté de la piscine. Les équipements de cuisine pourraient peut-être être refraichis un peu, mais bon, on s’est très bien débrouillés. La température est extra, le contact avec les proprios sans faille!

Esteban estuvo siempre muy atento para contestar todas mis preguntas y darme buenos consejos sobre los lugares a visitar. La propiedad es muy agradable, pasamos excelentes vacaciones. El único inconveniente es el tipo de cama (una cama individual encima de la cama matrimonial) que puede prestarse a ciertos accidentes. Wonderful!

We tested out a working trip to visit family, and it was fantastic. The house is beautiful and in wonderful condition, and the location was perfect for walking to family's and into town. The pool and patio area were great to relax at, eat at, and work at; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in; and the internet was fast enough for us to work remote. We'll be back!

Our arrival was disappointing as there was no one to let us in. It got resolved with the help of friends in town. The pool was great and the amenities as advertised. Great location for a private get away.

More than we hoped for

This was our first trip to Barra and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The town is great and we walked everywhere even to cuastacomettes....the house is fantastic and we spent every afternoon in the back yard and enjoyed the fantastic pool.... the set up is great and the house has everything you could need and is a short walk to everything.... the nightly sunsets at the Malecon were amazing and everyone is so friendly. Carla and Esteban are amazing hosts and quick to respond and answer any questions you may have... Gaby who cleaned twice a week is very friendly and had a huge smile always.... we will be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental..... thanks so much Carla and Esteban and see you next winter

Felt like home. Loved the area as it is close to everything. It was great having a pool to cool off in After a day out or just relaxing. The owners were very nice and quick to respond if you had any questions. The lady that cleans twice a week is lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful home and hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Barra. Esteban and Carla were extremely attentive. Everything you will need is in the home. We always felt safe and enjoyed the private yard and pool. Our kids spent hours in the pool after each beach day. Wifi was great, with strong Netflix streaming. Exploring Barra's shops and restaurants was easy by foot. I'd recommend renting a car if you want to visit the other beaches north of here. The further north we went, the emptier the beaches. Upon arrival we drove south from the airport into Manzanillo and loaded up on groceries at Walmart. Our family will definitely be returning. Thank you Carla, Esteban, and Gabby!

Wonderful time

We really enjoyed this neighbourhood in Barra. The house is in a great location and we found lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The owners could not have been more accommodating and the cleaning lady Gabby was super helpful and really nice. The house is very well maintained. I would recommend this house especially if you are bringing kids

Bright and sunny!

Spacious, well equipped kitchen and pool with great outdoor space. A special treat were the fireflies we enjoyed each evening on the back lawn. The house is very conveniently located to everything in Barra and we especially enjoyed Marlenas restaurant. Carla and Esteban were great hosts, quickly responding to all questions or concerns. Excellent place to stay in Barra

This home is clean, comfortable, and close to town. It's a short, safe walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. I walked home by myself several times late at night and felt very safe. The pool is nice for the hot afternoons. Lots of room for a family vacation. The kitchen is well supplied to make meals although eating out is very affordable. Loved our stay

We loved this home we stayed in Barra. It was clean, up to date and well cared for. The outdoor space was where we lived. The pool was a comfortable temperature and the seating area a plus. We were central to everything and didn't mind the 8 minute walks to town. Loved the little restaurants and the music everywhere. Our hosts were always an email away. If we come back to Barra, we would stay here in a heartbeat!

bountiful beauty and grace!

Our family of five traveled to Mexico for the first time and found a true paradise in the town of Barra De Navidad and the home of Carla and Esteban. We started searching almost a year in advance of our travel - hoping for an authentic, peaceful, fun vacation where we could practice our Spanish, immerse ourselves in a new culture, and experience family fun....and we found more than we dreamed of! Carla was kind and supportive in all of our correspondence, and became a friend over the months we emailed. By the time we arrived in Mexico I had complete faith in this family who takes pride in their home, their town, and their hospitality. The home was beautiful, clean, welcoming, and very secure. Groceries were gathered for us so we could arrive on Christmas night with no worries. We met fabulous people all week who were helpful and great fun. We shopped local markets, got haircuts (REALLY!), took a water taxi to a village across the bay, a bus to Melaque, a taxi to La Manzanilla - all within 30 minutes of Barra. The house is located in the best part of the town - everything is within easy walking distance - and the hotel Cabo Blanco is literally a minute away and a great resource. We had a wonderful experience - much of it because we had such a lovely home and great hosts in Carla and Esteban.

Absolutely wonderful vacation rental in Barra de Navidad!

We would love to return to this wonderful house in Barra! Very, very roomy for the three adults who vacationed there for one week, with comfortable, clean bedding and comfy mattresses. No concrete beds here! Excellent communication with the owners - they really go out of their way to make your arrival and your stay very pleasant - from cold cervezas waiting for us to special tissue purchased for our stay. Very thoughtful and aiming to please! Well organized check in and check out ( it was a delight to meet Esteban's lovely parents upon check out!) and to have a phone conversation with the owners to ensure everything was to our satisfaction prior to leaving. Absolutely gorgeous pool and entertaining area, AND the pool was sooo warm at 29-30 degrees! Very well maintained property; would love to return one day! Thank you Carla and Esteban!

Fantastic Time!

We stayed at this property for two weeks in early April. There is not much else to say except that we had an amazing time! We knew that Carla and Esteban were going to be wonderful hosts from their first email exchange. Carla replied promptly to our initial enquiry and provided us with detailed answers to all of our questions. They drove for hours from their home to welcome us to the Barra house and checked in with us throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. We were able to make all meals in the well equipt kitchen and spend hours relaxing in the outdoor lounge area and pool. Additionally, the house is a perfect distance from the town and beach. Far away enough that it was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk back and forth a few times a day. If you are looking for fantastic food, Barra has a wide variety! Without a doubt, our fav place was Senior Froys. We dined there quite a few times, both for lunch and dinner. All of our dining experiences were wonderful and we had a great time getting to know Froy and his family/ staff. We rented a car and used it to explore the surrounding area. We found great little beaches, quaint towns and some fantastic restaurants! We can't wait to go back to Barra (I'm surprised we left in the first place). When we return, we will definitely stay at this property again, without a doubt. Thank you again Carla, Esteban and family!

We are a Mexican Family living in Guadalajara (Capital City of Jalisco State), and we really love Barra de Navidad, that's why we always dreamed with having a house there. We spend about a weekend every month in this house, our 2 children enjoy every minute in the beach, and we love to relax in the afternoons in the swimming pool.
My husband and I built the house thinking in every space on it, and we are really happy with the home we could built.

We started to build the house in 2012, and finished building it on 2013. It was built to enjoy the peaceful town of Barra de Navidad, we care for every detail in the house, since we like to stay there every time we can. It is a very modern house and really comfortable place to stay, close to everything and without any noise.
Also the pool is clean once or twice a week by a very professional person from Manzanillo, who cares for every detail.

The house is close to everything you might need in Barra, just a few steps from Hotel Cabo Blanco, the main navigation channel where is really easy to take a water taxi. It is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and the main beaches are 5 minute walking.
The private pool is a fabulous thing to enjoy and use.
