Spacious 3 Bedroom Condo at the Village of Loon Mountain


Enjoy Loon Mountain this summer and fall. 3 bedrooms/2 full bath condo sleeps from 2 to 8 comfortably. This is a 2 level condo with a wide open floor plan with a fieldstone fireplace great room, large fully equipped eat in kitchen, flat screen TV's and in unit laundry facilities. There are 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 including a queen size bed, a set of twin beds and trundle bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The dining table seats 8 as well as a peninsula kitchen island with bar style stools. Both full bathrooms are newly renovated. Enjoy mountain views and the sounds of the babbling brook from the wrap around deck. Linens are included. Rental includes a pass to the swim and tennis club which has 3 outdoor pools and hot tub, 2 indoor pools and 3 hot tubs, a fitness center, multiple tennis and basketball courts and a playground. The Village is located directly across from Loon Mountain which offers many outdoor activities including hiking, bike riding, zip line and gondola rides. Easily accessible to Woodstock, Franconia Notch/Cannon Mtn attractions, Echo Lake and the Kancamagus highway. Condo is pet friendly. Non smoking
Pool towels are not included
Weekly and partial weeks available for the summer and fall.
Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum.

Great Property

There were 6 of us staying at the property. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space, great location, fitness facility was nice with 4 pools and 3 hot tubs.Would recommend and stay again.

A great Fall get away

A great location with everything you would need in a three bedroom condo that has plenty of room and wonderful details. Family's Vacation

This was a wonderful property! The condo was open concept and very roomy, we had 4 adults and 4 kids everyone had a bed! The pools were great, so much fun! Location is very near to a lots of hiking trails. The basin is a must see!

Beautiful property

We loved the condo, it was a perfect fit for our family. It was clean and well supplied and just lovely. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, Hiking, Leaf peeping and the bonus was the swimming and hot tub after a nice day hiking. The kids loved the indoor pool. Thanks to Christine for keeping touch I would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot central to anything in the area

As soon as we walked in it felt like home. The home was neat and clean. A ton of room for all to be comfortable as well as privacy. Some high points is the space, the showers and the constant sound of the brook behind us very comforting. Very much enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Long weekend in the mountains

Wonderful setting

We came for a festival at Loon mountain. Being across the street worked out great! The actual housing was beautiful. It was clean, and fit the whole family of 7 comfortably. The stream that runs behind is so peaceful to listen to while enjoying coffee on the patio.

Loon Vacation

We have stayed at the village of Loon several times and different condos. This one was great for our family (only 4 could make it). Very comfortable and spacious. Good thing for indoor pools as it rained but we had a lot of fun. Hoping to be back next year! Thank you!

More than I expected!

We loved the condo! It was so spacious, we had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The kids put away the electronics and we played board games! Lots of memories made! The kids are begging to come here again next year!

Great property

Really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very nice and close to tons of restaurants, stores, and things to do. I particularly loved the brook and walking path that was right behind it, my dog and I loved taking daily walks. The only downfall was that there was no AC, it was very hot during our stay and the fans that were provided were no match for the heat. Other than that, my family and I were very happy with the property and would definitely stay there again during the cooler months.

Great ski condo!

We had the best time at this condo! The owners were amazing. They were so responsive to every question we had before the trip and to all our needs during our stay. The condo was even bigger and nicer than we were expecting. All of the furnishings and finishes were beautiful and it was so clean! The kitchen/ living area was spacious and the bathrooms were updated and very clean. This was a perfect condo for skiing since there was ample room to store all of our gear and the bus picked us up and dropped us off right at the condo. I definitely recommend staying at this condo and I definitely will again!
