Stay here and you’re just a short walk away from one of Marco Island’s best-loved beach and some of its most popular restaurants.

This 1,900 square foot house sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, one full, two twins, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

Before you head to the beach, you’ll want to take a short, refreshing swim in the heated pool. When you’re floating in the warm water, surrounded by clusters of palm trees and exotic tropical plants, that short swim will turn into a longer swim. And when the kids see all the pool toys that come with the house, that longer swim will turn into an all-morning swim.

Then after the family barbeque chef fires up the gas grill and your family sits out on the lanai enjoying a poolside barbeque, you’ll want to lie on the recliner reading a good book or watching the kids play in the pool, and next thing you know it’s time for dinner.

So you use the free wi-fi to go online and decide which of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants to go to. Joey’s Pizza, NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe and Thai Sushi By KJ are all just a short walk away. But by now the kids are spread out on the cozy sofas, cooled by air conditioning, watching their favorite show on the big screen television.

So you go to your kitchen and find it’s filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook up a big family dinner, which you serve on the dining room table beside a window looking out at the lush garden outside. Then when it’s time for bed, you go to the master suite, with its sliding door access to the lanai and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and bathtub.

The next morning, you pack up the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that come with the house and make that short walk to Tigertail Beach.

This 79-acre natural gem is filled with miles of white, sandy beaches, warm turquoise waters and mangroves. Go exploring on stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, water trikes or paddleboats. You can also sign up for an Eco tour that takes you to the habitat of the manatees and nesting sea turtles.

So come experience blissful days filled with heated pools, world-class beaches and the island’s finest restaurants.

The location of the home was spectacular! We walked to Tigertail beach almost everyday. The house worked well for the 7 of us. The pool was especially warm and large. The host answered questions and problems immediately. We loved our stay!

Paradise!!!

Overall Mesmerized with our stay! Let me start with the centric location of this beautiful house. Very close to tiger tail beach and a short drive away to winterberry beach. Restaurants of all kinds within the vicinity of the house and an enchanting neighborhood to take a walk in the early mornings. The beach experience is indescribably amazing. Very clean, calm and quiet beaches, but the main highlight are the astonishing sunsets. I am very happy and satisfied for choosing Marco Island as our vacation destination especially this warm cozy home. My wife and kids are already asking when we will be coming back… it seems like we will be coming back very soon!

Great location but needs major work!

First of all, the property group was very quick to get back to us when we had questions or requests and they made the check in and check out process very easy. That being said, the house needs a deep cleaning, power washing and remediation of whatever issue they’re trying to resolve with excessive moth balls. When we opened the windows, the window sills were black with dirt and bugs. There were spider webs and spiders dangling all over the screened in porch. So much so, that we had to spend a hour of our time swatting them down with a broom and spraying with bug spray. The most disappointing part was the moth ball smell. We requested that the moth balls be removed and they were, but the smell was so strong - we had headaches from it. There is obviously an underlying issue/reason for the moth balls. That underlying issue needs to be remediated for the comfort and health of future guests.

Master bed on one side of the house with its own bathroom and door to the pool. The 3 bedrooms on the other side worked well for our 4 kids. Definetly needs updating decor wise, lots of dark furniture and fake plants. And the cleaning service did not do a good job as we found items from previous people under beds and in couches. The pool was very nice. The house came with pool toys, a nice sized cooler, boogie boards etc. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. There storage room for unrefrigerated food as all the cabinets are full and the pantry is locked, so we had stuff stacked everywhere. There were a few minor issues, but the property manager was very responsive and quick to send maintenance out to resolve the issues. The one thing that was a big annoyance is that I had read on prior reviews about the heavy smell of mothballs. I emailed with the property manager prior to our arrival because we do have a child who is super sensitive to smells and has adverse reactions. I was told that they had remedied the issue, but when we arrived the mothball smell was very noticeable. We opened all the doors and turned on all the ceiling fans while we were unloading our car and that helped a lot, but we couldn’t completely get rid of the smell. It was worst in the guest room with the queen bed, and upon searching, we found a tub of what appeared to be sheets under the bed that smelled very badly. We took the tub outside and left it on the covered part of the lanai for the remainder of the trip and that solved the issue. Nice location but the “quick walk” to Tigertail Beach is a 10 minute walk to the lagoon beach, but then another 10-15 minutes walk around the lagoon to get to the “real” beach. Way too far with little kids and all the gear. We only did that once. Avoid the recommended restaurants, they were all so busy they wouldn’t even take take our orders. Sami’s and La Mesa were AMAZING

Also the booking agency is super responsive and takes good care of you!

The property managers were great to work with and very customer focused. We would rent with them again.We would NOT, however, go thru AirBnb again. We originally rented the house with the understanding from the website that we could cancel up to November 29. I did not review the contract AFTER we had rented the home to discover that we only had 14 days to cancel for a full refund! We had family coming from Brazil who could not get U.S. Visas until March, so attempted to cancel before 11/29. Imagine my surprise to find that our refund would have been $112 instead of $2,207 minus fees!We will NEVER rent thru AirBNB again but would rent from Marco Island Vacation Properties any time!

Great place but…

Place was nice however we had to drive to the beach. Then, we had to walk quite far with small children to actually get to the beach. We had small children with us and a pool at the home which was very nice. However, there is a noise ordinance so if your children squeal and laugh loudly while playing, this is not the place you you. I received a text reminding me that we received a warning and next would be a ticket. Nice place, too far from the beach and had to keep shushing the kids.

We stayed over the 4th of July and were able to walk to the beautiful beach to see the fireworks. We did a shelling boat tour and an Airboat tour. There are so many wonderful restaurants in Marco Island. We greatly appreciate Marco Island Vacation Rentals for being so professional and helpful. We would definitely return for a family vacation!

Close to beach, plenty of space with pool, lanai, interior space and in a residential area all contributed to a good stay for a family of four (all adults). Bikes (two) were in good shape (rented two others) and all the beach needs (chairs, parasol, etc) were in the house so made it easy for us. Starter supplies in the house only lasted one day or so so you need to get out to get everything from soap, shampoo, TP, washing items, etc as soon as you get there.

Spacious house with a nice pool, needs some upgrades

We liked the layout and the spacious house. Great pool with lots of sunny and shaded areas throughout most of the day. The beds are way too soft and worn out, need to be upgraded with new matrazes. For a house rental with a price tag of >$3K per week there should be enough toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap and propane for the grill. The grill did not work until it was repaired (new hose). The property manager was very responsive and attentive, even with a small credit to offset the costs for the supplies which we had to buy. Overall we had a great stay, quiet neighborhood and only 0.5 miles from Tigertail Beach. We had a great vacation and we would book this place again in the future. Thank you.

Great stay, need to replace the king size mattress

Had a lovely time, loved the pool, only issue was the king size mattres. It was old and very saggy and in desperate need of replacing.

Loved the property. I would say the only thing that kind of threw us off was that the fridge/freezer was not cooling the first two days. After talking to the property owner, they sent someone to fix it and it worked. Also, make sure to know about the rules during a holiday weekend. Because we aren’t marco island residents we were unable to use the public beaches this holiday weekend (july 4) at certain times. Overall, very nice experience. Thank you.
