Great location

Great location and easy access to the beach. Online pictures are misleading. The view from the balcony to the Ocean is not accurate. Online shows an unobstructed view. Upon arrival there are a few homes that have been built since pictures were taken that block most of the view. Overall good experience. I would rent again

Prime location, but it’s a one and done for my family.

Pros - Location - Very Spacious, especially the kitchen - Large bedrooms - Washer/dryer work phenomenally - Check in process was super easy Cons - No paper towels, toilet paper, or trash bags. - Too many knickknacks/decor. We had to move decor off surfaces so we had room for our belongings - Lots of stairs. We had a handicap person with us and the only bed downstairs is a twin. Would’ve been nice to have a full or queen downstairs - Dirty socks under the bed. - Dirty dishes in the cabinet that had literally not even been rinsed clean. - TVs are older. One room only plays dvds or vhs. The living room tv is stuck with closed captioning, However the words are jibberish and do not match what the actors are saying. We couldn’t figure out how to turn CC off either. - Washer/dryer are built on a shelf, making it difficult for short people (5’1”) to do laundry - Dishwasher smells like fish.

The only complaint would be that the beds were very soft and rolled you to the middle. One of our sons has back issues and this made his sleep difficult . Loved the selection of games, the well stocked kitchen, and the closeness of the beach!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I go on a vacation, I like to get away from the everyday and just relax. Some rentals, like this one requires you pay extra for sheets only for you to make your own bed and then take them off at the end of your stay. The sheets didn’t even fit. They were a joke. That fun unnecessary exercise cost me $123. The other thing that was rather annoying was that they wanted you to essentially clean the place with a list of instructions before leaving. I’m a clean person anyway but, this was stupid and stressful.The beach house was nice. The kitchen had a nice array of cooking and eating wares. That was a plus. The rooms were cute.The barbecue pit has seen better days.

Well equipped large kitchen with gourmet stove and oven. This house is well appointed with a elegant beach decor and furninshings. Each of the upstairs bedrooms offer beautiful unique celings and two full baths. Master has a luxury claw tube for relaxing after and fun day at the beach. The Sandy Cork is our house of choice for our future weekends and family vacations.

Door handles and gate latch were broken. When I called Cobb Real Estate, they had a service technician on site within an hour who was very friendly and fixed all the issues that I found promptly. 9/10 Weekend.

Several light bulbs were out, one remote and TV did not work and the chains on the porch swings should be replaced. One broke while my daughter was sitting on it with my 4 month old grandson. Very lucky no one was hurt. The chain was terribly rusted. These are all things a good management company should be checking.
