Mellow Yellow est une maison unifamiliale rénovée des ann��es 1950 qui offre une sensation de modernité et beaucoup de caractère. Situé dans une rue calme du nord de Tybee, vous pourrez passer des vacances reposantes sans renoncer à votre confort. Faites une promenade facile à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons, à environ 8 minutes de marche en empruntant une voie à sens unique pour accéder à la plage principale, sans routes très fréquentées à traverser. Les familles apprécieront également l'accès facile au parc Jaycee avec son aire de jeux et ses sentiers de randonnée. À 5-10 minutes à pied, vous trouverez également plusieurs magasins et restaurants.

Les aménagements extérieurs comprennent un porche meublé confortable sur le devant de la maison, parfait pour le café du matin. Il y a aussi une cour arrière clôturée avec un pont arrière joliment meublé avec une table pour 6 personnes, un gril à gaz et une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide. Un bon bonus est le kit Corn Hole, pour des heures de plaisir supplémentaire!

Il y a beaucoup de touches modernes dans tout le chalet, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle et une laveuse et une sécheuse. Le salon confortable comprend une télévision connectée à écran plat de 107 cm et un canapé-lit Queen pour une capacité de couchage supplémentaire. La salle à manger lumineuse et ouverte peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes à la table.

Mellow Yellow peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, toutes deux avec baignoire / douche. La chambre principale est dotée d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision à écran plat de 94 cm. La chambre d'amis est meublée avec 2 lits jumeaux et doit être traversée pour accéder au maître. La chambre double dispose d'un rideau pour plus d'intimité.

Loved the location and the size was fine for our party. Didn’t love the cockroaches, dog poop covering the back yard up on arrival, power tripping multiple times every night, or the dishes that needed to be scrubbed before being used.

The small cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Easy walk to beach and Jaycee Park. The neighborhood was quiet and the fenced in back yard was secure for our small dogs.

We love this property. This was our second stay. The house is cozy. Kitchen is efficient and well-equipped. Great fenced back yard with a deck and a grill and a sweet little front porch. Very conveniently located and with walking distance to the beach, lighthouse and restaurants!

Cozy Little Getaway

My boyfriend and I vacationed here with our dog and it was the perfect home for us. We loved the layout, the couch and beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked. The backyard was fenced in for our dog to enjoy. It was close proximity to restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved our quick stay (4 nights) at Mellow Yellow. The house is located on a quiet street off the main road into Tybee Island, so it was close to the beach (a 5-10-minute walk) and nearby restaurants. We could also drive into downtown Savannah in 15-20 minutes. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and baths and very clean. It is a small home, so don't expect much indoor room to lounge around, but there is ample space on the back porch and in the backyard (just bring mosquito spray!). One thing I didn't realize until we were there was that the second bedroom with the twin beds is in between the living space and the master bedroom, so you do need to walk through it to get to that master. There is a curtain you can draw, creating a sort of "hallway," but if privacy is a concern for those in that twin room, keep that in mind.

Terrific Beach House - Even Better Host

This was a great place. Spacious it is not, but you have everything you need and why get a beach house if you're planning to sit in the house! This was perfect for us and our two dogs. The communication and service from the host was the best we have experienced to date.

Easy stroll to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Cottage is small but cute. Very clean, very nice fenced yard if you have a dog. Screened front porch, back deck. Good wifi. Bring your own coffee.

Perfect for our family of 5 plus our dog. Close to everything. Quiet street, feeling of privacy even with neighbors. Had everything you need to get down in the kitchen or let the grill master cook outdoors. Cozy little cottage vibes, made us want to stay forever.

Great Location

The Mellow Yellow cottage was in a great location. With a 2.5 and 5 yr old the quick private walk to the beach was ideal. Outside shower was a must! The cottage was ideal size for a family of four. The house was clean and we had plenty of bath towels. Screened in porch was great especially with the bugs. There was a park in walking distance and when we drove everywhere was about 5 minutes to get to. It’s only @ 30 min drive to downtown Savannah. Recommendations: Bring your own beach towels, sand toys, hand soap and Clorox wipes.

Family of Six On Christmas Vacation

We are a family of six plus a dog and we fit nicely into this cute, sweetly decorated cottage. The kitchen is well stocked (might want to bring your own hand soap as well as dry and wet condiments) for cooking and the beds comfy enough for our five night stay. Our dog enjoyed exploring the back yard and lounging on the deck in the sun. It’s about a ten minute walk to north beach which was no problem for our school aged children. Enjoy!

The small house is tasteful, comfortable, and so cozy. The king bed and two twins are comfortable, and it's close to the beach. We would definitely stay again. What a fun and colorful cottage!

Interesting (odd) layout, amenities well suited to a summer stay (a little less “cozy” in winter). Grateful for well-defined/enclosed yard for dog. Close to north shore attractions.

Beautiful, clean, well kept. Would stay again and recommend.

Property was in great shape and a great location for us. Close to north end of Island. Easy to get to. Four of us stayed, 3 adults and a teen. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We took advantage of the grill, the deck, and the bag toss. Close walk to the park and to the beach.

LOVED IT!!

We have rented mostly condos in the past and I have to say we were very impressed! You don't realize the actual square footage as it felt roomy, open and the deck and backyard were perfect! Very very clean with everything working great! Beds very comfortable too! Only easy 7 minute walk to beach and also walking distance to the Lighthouse! Just a very pleasant cottage and lovely stay! ( would only suggest upgrading toilet paper and paper towels provided initially!) Highly recommend !

Charming cottage near beach

Located in a quiet side street, less than 10 min walk to the beach on a gravel road away from traffic. Well equipped and nicely decorated. The cottage is ideal for 4 people, seating space on the porch or deck in the back for those who want to be left alone. The property management company was friendly and responsive, helping us solve a problem with the internet quickly.

Great spot & cute house

My family and I stayed here with our dog for the weekend. It was a really good location, 5-8 minute walk to food, ice cream, the beach, shops. Awesome park close by. We loved the house too. It was a perfect spot for our two little ones and our pup!
