About this property

Vail Row House is located just steps to Bridge Street, Gondola One and Vail Village. Directly across the street from Buzzs Ski Shop. This is the best location you can have in the Village. You wont want to stay any where else in Vail after having stayed here!

This town home backs up onto Gore Creek. One assigned parking spot in front of the unit. Recently completely remodeled and tastefully decorated. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and there is a large wood burning fireplace and a gas grill on the front deck. Bedding is king and two twins; queen bed; two twins. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $195 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

What a great condo for Vail! Literally a five minute walk to the gondola, right in Vail Village. The unit was clean, well stocked, quiet - all the things! Loved it!

Great ski vacation in Vail

Terrific location == with easy, walking distance access to the slopes. Well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook. Property manager was easy to reach and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Great location

Loved the location in the village. The home had plenty of space. There was food left in the freezer and pantry from previous guests, but other than that it was very clean. We would stay again.
