Superbe copropriété de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain située au coeur du village de vail. Cette propriété est située juste à cÎté du complexe Solaris, à proximité de tous les merveilleux restaurants, cinémas et magasins. Vous apprécierez la grande terrasse et les grandes baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Sortez par la porte d'entrée et en quelques minutes de marche, vous skiez sur la montagne.
Ce condo spacieux peut accueillir 10 personnes. Avec une vue imprenable La salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes et se connecte à la cuisine principale. Il y a une terrasse extérieure avec un gril à gaz. Deux étages + den, idéal pour deux familles ou un grand groupe.

Great stay!

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything in the village. Nicely renovated.Only downsides: could use a few more towels and pillows. It would also be great if there was ski/boot storage in the unit.

Newly Remodeled/ Great Location/ Badly Managed

The location is perfect. Extremely easy to walk in and around Vail Village. There is only one parking spot included with the unit but every day until Saturday we were able to park 2 cars. The space is great for 2 families with kids. Unfortunately the management was not great and spoiled the trip a bit. We arrived to building at 4:15 which was 15 minutes after check in. I had not received an email or text from the management group with info of how to access the unit. I emailed and called the number that was on the VRBO confirmation. The property manager Pablo called me 10 min later. He text me the information of the building but sent the wrong info. We were packing back up about to leave when he informed me he was confused and we were in the correct space. He also told us that the cleaning crew was just finishing up. By this time it was 4:30/4:45. They

Very nice place. Wish they would give you more towels. Only one hand a face towel per couple. Had to ask for things like paper towels. And if you go in the summer make sure you bring fans. We had to go buy 5.

Could use a fan in bunk loft HOT. One window in bath. Undercounter lights in kitchen did not work. With this being said the unit and location were very satisfactory. Family enjoyed very much.

Vail Wedding Weekend

This was a beautifully appointed condominium in the heart of Vail Village. Very comfortable...not too fussy! It was a warm weekend in Vail so the fans in the bedrooms were very much appreciated! We would book this property again!

Very satisfied

Very nice and comfortable condo, perfect ubication, just as described, Pablo the host is very nice and willing to resolve any issue. The only thing we missed was a fireplace but everything else was very good!

GREAT LOCATION HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We stayed here for a long weekend in the summer and this place did not dissappoint! The rooms were clean, set up nicely, and the location is right in between Vail Village and Lionshead. The views were great out of a couple of the rooms too and the balcony was a plus. We would def stay here again if comming with a bigger group!

Great girls trip

Exceeded our expectations!

We stayed in July of 2021 for our daughter's wedding in Vail. The property was just as described and worked wonderfully for our group and we even used the large, open living area for our wedding morning preparation for our bride and her bridesmaids. The pool area was a little disappointing but the unit itself was perfection! Thank you, we hope to return!!

Fabulous!

We have stayed in Vail many times and this property is in a great central location by the chapel and fire co. The pictures do not do justice to how nice this property is. Great space with lots of room and a huge sectional. We had four couples and everyone had space and their own bathroom. Great view of the creek and the mountains from most rooms. Would happily stay here again. Pablo from property management was easy to work with and responsive throughout our stay. Bottom line - this property is a winner!!!

Location and excellent space!

I loved the location of this condo---steps from Vail Village, and with 4 BR/4 BA we had plenty of space for our teens and adults to get their own downtime inbetween our activities. We utilized the great kitchen and the washer/dryer as well. Breathtaking views from the bedroom windows. Only callout is that there is NOT air conditioning which we did not realize is fairly common in Vail during the summer. But, we opened windows and had fresh air to deal with this issue and all was fine. We would love to recommend this place for sure!
