Debbie, We are so glad you and your family enjoyed staying at Susan's Sand Castles! We clean, stock and maintain our houses to create a "home away from home" where families can create many happy memories. This beautiful beachfront house with the private boardwalk gives you easy access and spectacular views. No walking for blocks or lugging heavy beach gear for our guests! This home is locally operated and managed by a Hospitality Manager that will respond right away to any issues or requests. Deb, We are so sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay. The great room, near by large farm house tables and barstool area near the kitchen gives the large room a total of twenty-six seats. The living room area alone will comfortably seat seven people and extra chairs are available. We will definitely take this suggestion and look for ways to add to the total. Most families gather in the great room for meals and celebration but also enjoy the privacy of the four king suites, bunkroom with four full beds, deck and boardwalk leading them conveniently right to the beautiful beach front. We take the maintenance and cleanliness of our houses very seriously and work tirelessly to ensure that guests are comfortable. We are very sorry that you were not pleased. We have loyal guests that return each year to enjoy the beachfront house and encourage all guests to contact us immediately if they have any problems. If you look at the reviews on our site, there are a lot of positive things that guests say about this house. It is well maintained and well stocked, conveniently located and reasonably priced.
