If you are looking for a serene, luxury, beachfront home to enjoy some FUN in the SUN and R & R - look no further - Susan's Sand Castle II is the perfect place for just that and so much more!

Roll down your windows and smell the ocean as you enter our neighborhood and get ready to see the most amazing blue skies, white puffy clouds and the sugar-white sand of our Fort Morgan beaches!

When you pull into one of the three bays under the house - you'll immediately see "our beach" , with sawgrass growing on the inviting sand dunes. If you want to run (or wheel) up the outdoor ramp - so you can immediately experience the beach - have at it! That ramp will take you directly to our deck, with picnic table, Adirondack chairs and plenty of beach toys for the young and the young-at-heart!

We know it will be hard to take your eyes off the beach, the gulf and the sky - but while those that drew the short-straws unload the cars - the rest of you can walk on the Sand Dune Walkover (Boardwalk) directly to the beach. Feel free to take our deck chairs with you. Go dip your toes in the water or go all the way in. Skinny-dipping (or Chunky-Dunking) is prohibited - so please take a few minutes to get into your swim suits!

The Great Room at Susan's Sand Castle II is spacious - plenty of room for your family and friends to dine together or hang out, as the designated chefs whip up a meal in the fully-stocked kitchen.

There are two full size refrigerators (one is in the Utility Room); stove, microwave, dishwasher and ice-machine - that makes up to 35 pounds of ice a day. Every small kitchen appliance you could want is also supplied for your convenience. And the cabinets are stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve the food that you bring with you.

No need to fight over who gets the "Best Room" - because they are all "Best Rooms"!

Two King Master Suites, with spacious Bathrooms and whirlpool tubs await you and both have direct access to the beach-side deck. One Master Suite is conveniently located right off the Great Room; and the other Master Suite is upstairs.

Two additional King Bedrooms are also located upstairs and face the beach, with doors accessible to the balcony. One of these King Bedrooms has a private full bathroom and the other is semi-private.

Children are delighted when they see the Bunk Room we've created just for them. It sleeps up to 8 children, with full size mattresses on the top and bottom of two bunk beds.

A Queen-size sleeper sofa, located in the Great Room, allows for additional sleeping. A half-bath is located on the main level, around the corner from the Great Room, for the convenience of all.

Large flat-screen Smart TVs are located in every bedroom as well as the Great Room. Plenty of books and games are provided for after a day in the sun or on those rare rainy days.

Towels, wash cloths, beach towels, linens, pillows and comforters are provided for no additional fee. A stackable washer/dryer are provided in the Utility Room for your convenience.

Feel free to take our deck chairs with you to the beach each day. We just ask that you bring them back each evening, as nesting Sea Turtle Mommas can get tangled up or confused when they come ashore at night. May through August - we have a professionally installed and maintained 10' X 20' Beach Canopy for guests to enjoy while playing on the beach.

May through mid-August, Bookings must be Saturday to Saturday. Thanksgiving and Christmas Weeks have the same Saturday to Saturday Requirements. Other than that, there is a 4 night minimum, with flexibility for days of the week for Check-In.

The home was built in 2015 and was beautifully decorated by Susan herself!

This beach house is perfect for Family Reunions, Vacations with Family/Friends, Corporate Retreats, and more! There is a $1,500.00 surcharge for weddings/events.

Snowbirds are welcome to contact us about renting by the month.

We have so many loyal returning guests for all three of our beach houses that our Reservation Calendar fills up quickly for peak times and they often reserve "their week" years in advance , but we love to make new friends and welcome your inquiry. We do our best to respond in under an hour, but because we don't recharge on coffee alone - we do try to sleep at some point, therefore will respond to late night inquiries first thing the next morning.

We are currently accepting reservations through the end of 2021. Rates not yet set for 2022.
