This home is situated on Midland Avenue, the desirable first cross street on Lewes Beach rendering it the closest street to the Dairy Queen, East of Maui, downtown historic Lewes, and Cape Henlopen State Park with trails and access to the ocean. This property has an excellent outdoor living space off the back of the house with a large cement pad and privacy wood fencing and lattice. At the end of the 2015 season the owners painted the back porch and outdoor shower a vibrant beach blue, installed a new ceiling fan and installed new porch exterior carpet to improve the beach feel of the outside eating and living areas. Owners also purchased new lawn furniture, umbrella and seating pillows/accents in blues and turquoise for more exceptional and comfortable outdoor living. This home has off street parking for two cars and private areas for storing kayaks, bikes, or SUPs. It is a short walk to Lewes Beach. Owners renovated the downstairs bathroom with new ceiling, cottage moldings and beautiful high end flooring. Painted kitchen cabinets white and installed a new stainless steel side by side refrigerator. Each of the three bedrooms was painted and each has a large, improved two door closet with ample storage as well as new colorful bedspreads.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Friday to Friday rental.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
