Rustic cabin in a peaceful setting
We spent a night here in the middle of a week-long camping trip and loved every minute of it. It was the perfect place to relax, charge our phones, and get a good night's sleep while still feeling like we were off-the-grid. We enjoyed making dinner on the little stove and taking the canoe out on the lake in the morning. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area!
quiet and peaceful cabin
we used this cabin as temporary housing waiting for the closing of our own home. it was cheaper than a hotel room and the owners were beyond accommodating, always ready to help out and answer any questions. it is roughing it a bit w/o running water but showers were made available.
Comfortable and cozy! Situated between two lakes with canoes available. We were able to meet the horses and animals at the property and have a nice campfire at night. Slept great on the bed and roomy enough for our daughter to sleep on her own bed. Made a yummy dinner with the oven and watched a movie late at night. Such a nice birthday weekend :) brad was so friendly and helpful!
Amazing True Frontier Experience
My wife and I stayed here for one night on a road trip from Seward to Fairbanks. The cabin itself is very cool, nice and rustic, with an absolutely phenomenal view. Brad was a great host, met us when we arrived and explained the area and the cabin. As stated in the description, there is no running water, no WiFi, it is a frontier cabin. It was a great experience, and Brad provided a bunch of water for us, as well a space heater and a mini-fridge. Yes there is electricity in the cabin, so you can charge your phone and keep a couple drinks cool. Overall, highly recommended!
The cabin is picturesque and well cared for.
The owners are very nice and helpful and nice. It was a wonderful getaway!
Cutest cabin ever!
This is a perfect getaway rental just outside of anchorage! The homeowners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I will definitely be going back.
