This two-level Park City vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining and living area, an en-suite washer and dryer, and a convenient half bath on the main floor. Upstairs, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide space and privacy for families or small groups. The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room—comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Guests will also enjoy relaxing in the brand-new living room furnishings, including a new couch and loveseat that elevate the comfort and style of the space.
One of the standout features of this home is the private hot tub located in the outdoor atrium courtyard, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. (Please note: private hot tubs are deactivated in summer; activation is available for an additional fee with advance notice.)
Park Avenue #224-1689 also includes in-unit Wi-Fi and carport parking, along with access to the community’s seasonal outdoor heated pool (opened Memorial Day through Labor Day; closed Fall and Winter), hot tub, sauna, changing rooms with showers, and on-site laundry facilities.
