You'll feel right at home in this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom condo at Acorn Chalet Lodging. Walk to the ski lifts in the morning, and spend your evenings gathered around the indoor fireplace. Only 100 yards to world-class skiing, this is the perfect location!

This property is sure to enhance your Park City vacation. Throughout you'll find beautiful wood accents, subway tile, and all the basic kitchen necessities and toiletries you require. Located at the base of Park City Ski Resort, this condo has been completely remodeled. This unit has been fitted with brand new furnishings, linens, and appliances. Before your arrival the home will be cleaned thoroughly by our professional cleaning team. Setup in a chalet style, the property has a shared front entrance with individual key access units inside. Shared washer and dryer on-site. Unit is fully stocked with all basic amenities and cookware.

**GETTING AROUND**
You won't need a car to get around. We're also located next to the free bus route that will take you anywhere you need to go in Park City. If you want a car please contact us for car rental information and recommendations. Parking for one car only!

Amazing Stay

Great accommodations with amazing location. Extremely easy walk to the base of Park City lifts. Unit was modern, well appointed and very comfortable. Hosts were attentive, checking in via text message. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great location in Park City

We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Park City Mountain resort. Nice accommodations and comfortable unit. One of the bedrooms faces the main street and quite noisy from the buses, cars, snow plows.

Our stay over Christmas weekend was perfect. The chalet was well equipped, very cozy, and within walking distance to the lifts and base village. Having a parking spot at the front door was also terrific. We would love to stay here again when we return to Park City in the future!

Wonderful, cozy chalet and spectacular location

My sister and I had a great stay in Chalet 1. The place was very clean. The two bedrooms had beautiful views and were comfortable. When I reached out to management they responded right away. We loved that the place is in the best possible location, literally right across the main parking lot at park city mountain resort.

Fun times!

Really enjoyed Acorn Chalet with my family! The grandkids had a blast building snowmen, having snowball fights and even built a snow slide! I don't know where they found the energy after a day on the slopes! Perfect location, beautiful place, will return.

Cozy Mountain Getaway – Thoughtfully Stocked & Comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and cozy home! The location is perfect—right at the base of the mountain and the first house on the street, making it super convenient. The hosts have thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with essentials like spices, olive oil, and even hot cocoa mix, which was a nice touch. We noticed a previous review mentioned the lack of steak knives, but they have since been added, showing that the owners really listen to feedback. They are also very quick to respond to any inquiries.The house is warm and inviting, with plenty of blankets and pillows to keep you comfortable. The fireplace works beautifully, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of skiing. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

Comfortable, Ideal Location, Responsive Host

I spent 4 nights here with my husband and our 3 year old son. The unit was cozy and comfortable, plenty spacious, and well-stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. We cooked several meals at the chalet and appreciated the pots, pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, dishwasher, etc. The location is ideal! We walked to the sledding hill at the library, walked to the base area, and walked to Main Street. Parking is convenient and easy right at the front door to the chalet. The downstairs shower doubles as a steam room, which was so nice after spending the day in the snow. The host was very responsive and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was satisfactory. We had a wifi connection issue upon arrival (which was an Xfinnity issue, not a host issue) and they coordinated to have Xfinnity on site very quickly to resolve the issue. We would love to book here again. Ideal for families!

Marvelous stay in Park City in late March 2023!

Acorn Chalet's location is amazing! A 10-minute walk in ski boots gets you to the mountain base. Park City is easy to navigate & the bus system is free. Just 1-2 stops to groceries & a liquor store. Downtown is 4-5 stops, about 20 minutes. The photos are accurate - a quaint combo of rustic & modern. The artwork nods to the chalet motif without being tacky. The kitchen is nicely appointed & spacious, with ample room for cooking & socializing. The view from the balcony is not of the slopes on Park City Mountain, but it is a lovely view of the town and a hillside where there are vacation homes. The living room is small – it seats 3 adults comfortably but felt cramped with all 4 of us. The gas fireplace works well. The bathrooms are nice except for a few flaws. There is no shelf in the 1st floor bathroom for toiletries. The steam shower wasn't hooked up. The shower’s body jets don't do much because of a lack of water pressure. Both bathrooms need more hooks for towels & clothing. The bedrooms are cozy & the mattresses are comfy. The master gets a lot of sunlight in the morning. TV's in both bedrooms are a nice bonus. We made a few requests during our stay. There was no dish liquid and we wanted a non-slip mat for the shower. Both items arrived within 24 hours of being requested. We asked for a slightly early check-in (2:00) and our request was granted. We were happy with the Acorn Chalet, and we loved our time in Park City! Highly recommended, especially during ski season.

The location is AMAZING! It’s a 2 minute walk to the ski lift across the parking lot and an 8 minute walk to Main Street where all the shopping and restaurants are. Plenty of parking right outside of condo. There is construction currently taking place right outside of kitchen balcony so view might be obscured when finished. Bed linens could be updated and pack a wine tool but other than that no complaints. Would book again.

Far Below Average

Acorn Chalet #1 did not come with A/C but as you can tell from the pictures, the owner added portable A/C units to the two upstairs bedrooms. These A/C units blow cold air from the unit but they blow equal amounts of hot air out the back tube/vents. As you can tell from the two pics of these units, the hot air vents are attached to the floor vents (the heating duct/vents of the chalet). Inside of our bedroom, there where two open vents this hot air was being pushed through. In the upstairs bathroom, the tile was warm to walk on and the bathroom was hot because of the hot air being pushed through it's floor vent. The rest of the hot air was being pushed to the downstairs heating unit and out the lower level vents basically heating the entire unit. The fireplace (with no fire going) several times was blowing hot air out. I tried to explain this to you on Sunday in my texts and by sending you pics of the outside temperature at 10pm being 66 degrees and inside temperature being 86 (upstairs was hotter). At 1am outside was 64 and inside temp was 85. You offered to have someone come look at the A/C units on Monday but never heard from anyone. Monday morning I disconnected the back vent from entering the floor vent of condo and opened our bedroom sliding door just enough to have the heat vent to the outside. After doing this, it took about 1 hour to begin feeling relief in our bedroom. Later in the day, the rest of the condo was starting to cool down (internal temp was 78). There was debris under and on the back side of the back patio. The screen door to the sliding door was torn in several places and was not attached to the rollers. We could not leave sliding door open without bugs coming in. The glass sliding door did not lock and we found the security bar to put in place to prevent the sliding door from opening at night and when we left the condo. Unfortunately it didn't work either. Every time we left condo, we took valuables with us. We did stay the final two nights because our bedroom was cooler but overall, we vastly overpaid for the stay.

Beautiful Chalet

We had a wonderful stay at Acorn Chalet! Our two kids, my husband and I stayed 5 days to celebrate my husband's birthday. The location is ideal!! Walking distance to everything. We walked to the bike shop to rent bikes, walked to the adventure park, walked to town and to the park. The Chalet was clean and so quaint. It had everything we needed to cook, relax and live well all week. The view from the patio is beautiful. Absolutely felt at home and loved our stay!
