Great place to stay near the Strip!

Attended a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This property was close to the Strip and convenient to the monorail. I would definitely stay here again

Hiking Weekend

Great location to be close to the strip with still some privacy. The convenience of onsite parking was a huge plus for getting out of the city for hikes! Only complaint was the pool hours :(

The room was spacious and clean. We overlooked the pool area which was quite nice. Communication between us and the property owner was extremely good. Any questions were answered immediately. Would highly recommend.

The property was great! Staff was friendly! Host communicated very well. Only issue is you have to valet your car and it took 10 minutes + everytime to get it. Traffic getting in and out was insane but it was EDC weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice getaway

Just a short get away for me & my hubs. The monorail was perfect to get to the strip. I recommend the 24 hour pass to get back and forth. Saves on taxi, lyft, and uber fees. The pools were nice and get later afternoon sun in tower 2. Our condo was perfect for what we needed. We of course are used to our own bed so sleeping was not great but the bed was comfy. Easily communicated with Marie and Louis! Totally recommend.

Everything you can expect

As advertised, this property has everything you can ask to spend few days in Las Vegas. The condo can accomodate almost all your needs and it was shining clean. We made light cooking while there and we find all we were needing. The hotel facilities include two pools and a lazy river where you can float for hours. It is located beside the Strip through direct access or through the MGM casino. The valet service is efficient and you can let your luggages in good hands if ever you arrive early. The personal we dealed with were professionnal all the time and when needed, can find ways to accomodate you. We are already planning to return there one of these days.

F1 weekend!

We chose to stay at the MGM signature towers because of its supper close proximity to our seats in the East Harmon zone. Little did we know the streets would all be blocked off and it would take us a 45 minute walk to go all the way around to enter the gate. Vegas was a mess! Having said that we had a lot of fun and the condos were a great choice (except the blockage of roads). We have stayed that the Signature towers many times in the past and love the ease of the place. This particular unit is great and we would definitely took it again just maybe not on the F1 weekend. Otherwise, we highly recommend this particular unit. Marie and her staff were excellent and very responsive.

2022 Vegas Trip

This property was excellent, the jacuzzi tub was a welcome addition to our vacation in Vegas. We were overall very impressed with both the MGM Signature and the hosts of this property. Looking forward to visiting again after how well our wedding vacation went.

Fantastic location, central strip! Nice to have kitchenette, pools, food court, and monorail so close by. You'll have access to the whole strip with this property. Would certainly stay again!

Loved it

The beds are comfy, room was super clean(except the jacuzzi but that was resolved immediately). My husband and enjoyed going outside by the gorgeously fire pit. The hotel isn't too far from the strip and it's also connected via hallway to the mgm grand casino and a bunch of restaurants. Will definitely be back! 10/10

Quiet and great location.

Nice place and great location. My only criticism was the uncleaned coffee maker...soggy filter and stale coffee in the pot. Casts doubts as to cleanliness...what happened to the cleaning fee.

Great experience!

We stayed here for our first anniversary. The suite is perfect. We got groceries at the nearby Target on the strip and made breakfast all but one day, which was very convenient (and cost effective!) Very nice that the price is the price, no surprise add-ons like parking and “resort fee.” The only thing we weren’t prepared for is that the parking is valet only. Not a serious problem, but we would’ve loaded the car a little differently and brought smaller bills for tips (the hotel readily made change so it wasn’t an issue for long).
