2022 is looking like another great year to be in Rehoboth. Great weekly rates in September with heated pool. 3-Day rentals available starting September 17th. Pool is open til Oct 10th. This brand new home was completed in 2015. The spacious first floor features an open concept kitchen/living/dining area with 10.5' ceilings, solid hardwood floors, gas fireplace, large gourmet kitchen with exotic granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including 2 dishwashers. First floor master featured custom round shower, double vanities and Jacuzzi tub. Side entrance mudroom, has washer/dryer and ceramic tile.

The private back yard features 13' x 24' in ground pool, 12' x 19' back patio with gas barbeque grill.

The second floor has 5 master bedrooms all with private baths. Main second floor master features private balcony overlooking backyard. The 2nd floor wet bar has granite counter tops, sink and mini fridge, so there's no need to go downstairs for that first cup of coffee.

Loved the house! Plenty of space for hanging out and lounging. Nice big kitchen. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or anywhere in Rehoboth. We want to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the pool since the back yard also looked amazing!

A great place for a long weekend.

We picked this house for a long weekend with 3 other couples. The house was huge with plenty of space for meals. The most enjoyable part was sitting on the porch and watching people going by. Definitely, highly recommended!

Family fun week

The house is as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grounds in the back and the two living areas, both with big TVs. Some areas show signs of wear and some parts of the cleaning process could have been better.

The Pines at RB

Fantastic house which resulted in a fantastic vacation! I’ve been coming to Rehoboth Beach for over 35 years. We have stayed at many, many houses during this time. The Pines has been hands down the best! A beautiful house, clean and very comfortable for two families. The pool was terrific after a nice day at the beach. David, the property manager, checked in with us in person upon arrival and made sure everything was just right. I would love to stay at this house again in the future.

It's a Great House

This is a great house. It is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for a large group to gather together and yet to have separate space when desired. There are two big seating/living areas, two eating areas as well as the pool and back patio (with a dining table), and each bedroom has its own bath. The house was very clean and well-equipped. David was easy to deal with – he is very responsive and helpful, and is nearby if you need him to stop in. The house made for a great experience for our family beach vacation.

Just the perfect long weekend!

The house was beautiful and spotless. It was the perfect set up for four couples. The host seemed to anticipate anything we could possibly want. The kitchen was well set up. There was even a tool drawer that came in handy. The location was ideal for walking to the beach, hitting all the shops downtown, and tons of restaurants. We appreciated that the host David stopped in to tell us about a little glitch with the alarm. Because sure enough, it went off at 2 AM and we had the heads up and could fix it. We are looking forward to returning next year!
