Perfekt til familier og venner eller en stille get-away

Du skal leje eller medbringe eget sengelinned og håndklæder. Sengen er 2 konge, 2 dronning og 2 enkeltsenge (twin) size senge. Der er flere lokale virksomheder, der lejer og leverer / afhenter sengelinned, håndklæder, strandudstyr og meget mere!

Nyd det bløde sand på stranden eller se det fra første og anden sal ombrydes rundt i dæk eller fra hvor som helst inde i hjemmet. Regn eller skinn så mange valg!

This beach house is beautiful and very spacious. Everything was clean and well cared for, and we had plenty of room for everyone at the large dining room table, multiple living spaces and screened in deck! Holly was a great hostess and was available for questions both before and during our stay. The gated community and private beach allowed for privacy and security. I recommend this house to other families looking for some quality time at the beach! Beautiful views from second floor.

We loved this home. It had all the conveniences you would find in your own home. The layout was perfect. No trying to decide who gets the best room. They were all good each with iocean views. recommended

Amazing stay with the family. Host is friendly, welcoming, and attends to all questions promptly.The house was fun with great views. Multiple sliding glass doors were another high point, allowing breezy ocean air when it was cooler. Three different living areas on the main level allowed us to be close together while still doing different things.The kitchen is stocked to serve a large group--and the extra fridge was very helpful. Plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, large serving bowls, and a large coffee pot made it much easier to feed a large family, often starting (and staying up) on different schedules. With a dining table that seats 10, however, we were really able to enjoy family dinners together.The beds were comfortable with numerous pillows and extra blankets. And the views and porch access from 4 of the 5 bedrooms was amazing. (Good to have a bedroom for the younger ones that did NOT have outside access.)Beach access was simple and close. The outdoor shower helped keep the sand outside. And with some chillier days, we all appreciated that it had hot and cold water as well as direct access into the house.Thank you, Holly, for a wonderful vacation home. We are already hoping to come back next year!

What a wonderful place to come and reunite with family. Lots of places in the house for gathering. The upper deck and screened in porch were fabulous.

Third September

We had yet another wonderful stay on Sandpiper Lane in Bethany. So many lovely, sunny days, kite flying, fun meals on the screened-in porch, jigsaw puzzles on the huge dining table and watching the beautiful sea from the top deck! Holly makes everything so easy and the house is always perfectly clean. The most glorious views in Bethany and the beach, waves and sanderlings all to ourselves! Perfect!

Awesome House and Location!

We absolutely loved staying in this house! The location was so convenient to shopping, restaurants and the the boardwalks at OC and Rehoboth. The house had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen and hot water in the outdoor shower (the kids were so grateful for this)! All of the furniture was very comfortable though we spent most of our time on the beach or on the screened porch (which had a large table that could fit all 8 of us for dinners). This house could not have fit our needs better and we hope to be able to go back again next year. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Bethany Beach getaway

Very clean, comfortable. THREE, count them, three living areas! Kitchen could count as a fourth area with the island. We had a couple of friends stop in for a visit and it made for easy conversation. Wrap around outside decks were nice for watching morning sunrises over the ocean and for afternoon happy hours. Beach was close and convenient. Clean beach but watch the tides. It came up within fifty feet of the dune limit. Definitely planning to go again.

Great Views

We really enjoyed our week at Bayberry Dunes The property was well described, there were no surprises. The house was clean and well maintained. There was ample parking and lots of interior space. Good Wi-Fi; we brought power strips to charge our electronic devices. The location was quiet; stores and restaurants were a short drive away. Bike lanes were available, but on a very busy road. The highlight of the house was the two wraparound decks which provided both sunny and shaded areas. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and had many meals there. The upper deck had great views of the beach and ocean. There was plenty of seating on both decks. Access to the uncrowded beach was by a nearby walkway. Having lifeguards from 10am to 5pm was a definite plus. Holly promptly answered our questions via VRBO messaging. We would not hesitate to return to Bayberry Dunes should we want to vacation in Delaware again.

Bayberry Dunes

This was our second stay at Bayberry Dunes and we all had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and comfortable. This year we rented sheets and towels and had the beds made, which was worth every penny (SeaPlayHomes.com). The ocean views are fabulous and it's just steps to the walkway to the beach. Our whole family came, including our two year old grandson and 9 month old granddaughter. If you have little ones, you will definitely need a gate for the stairway down to the ground. We also brought high chairs, crib, etc. The little ones had a great time on the very safe decks, running and crawling. The screened-in porch is terrific for every meal. We reserved the indoor dining table for puzzles! The grill doesn't get over 350 degrees, but otherwise the online listing is quite accurate. Woody's in Dewey Beach has great crab cakes and outdoor, COVID-friendly seating. Holly is a wonderfully helpful and friendly manager who always replies promptly to all questions. Can't say enough good about her! The kitchen is well-equipped (but bring a sharp knife and scissors) and the extra fridge in the laundry room is a godsend for a big group. We bought bags of ice with our groceries, but there are plenty of ice cube trays. We would love the larger of the TVs to be located in the area with the most seating, as our group enjoys an occasional movie, but otherwise everything is very comfortably arranged. We absolutely loved our week and will be back!

Property manager awesome. Location of home amazing. We found Bethany Beach quiet, private, uncrowded and very clean. The home Is well equipped. We enjoyed screened in porch due to biting flies. The 3 living rooms allowed all 7 of us to be close but allowed plenty of space. We will definitely return next year!

excellent!

My husband and I loved our recent stay at this beautiful relaxing home. We had gorgeous weather, fishing, chilling on the beach and decks of the home. The house is very private, and the views are spectacular for watching sunrise and sunset. We can't wait until next September when we will be back! I would suggest future guests to bring an electrical extension cord. I was reading my IPad Kindle so much that I needed to charge it while using it! Also scissors-- to cut tags off stuff you buy on the boardwalk. Holly was just a phone call away if we needed anything, or clarification about our stay. 100% highly recommend this rental- this was our first VRBO experience!

Great oceanfront location

My family and I had a fantastic time at this property. The location couldn't be better & the community was very quiet. We were able to leave the windows open and listen to the waves at night. Proximity to the beach was great for the kids and in case we needed to return to the house for snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. We look forward to returning for another trip!

Delightful oceanfront, practically private stay

The house in Bayberry Dunes is lovely. The neighborhood was completely quiet for our week of October 9-16 and the beach was almost empty except for people occasionally walking by at the shoreline: perfect for social distancing! The gorgeous views from all rooms and up and down the beach were as advertised.

Life in Bethany Beach is casual and enjoyable - especially if YOU can slow down to the ‘lower slower Delaware’ pace.
Originally, I'm from the Detroit Michigan area and have spent most of my life in the automotive industry and traveling the US. Now I spend my time in Maryland, Delaware and Florida along the east coast. I travel for my work.
My interests are cars, music, travel and spoiling my rescue doggie babies.

The North Bethany Beach area is quiet and friendly, especially in this gated community with a private beach. This community has only 3 homes that are rentals, so you will be among actual locals, not (dare I say, crazy noisy tourists.

This area has SO MANY local attractions. Most are unique to here. GREAT local restaurants for every budget and almost every taste. Do some research, try at least one local restaurant while you are here.
