The condo was nice but the mildew smell about killed me. We had to air it out. And I could not stay there for long, the smell was intense.

View is beautiful! Check-in process was not good.. we were locked out for almost 20 minutes with a cart full of groceries & luggage. The code nor the “spare key” worked. Plenty of space for our family of four, but the condo is in serious need of some TLC. Cleaners do an ok job, but there was still food laying next to the trash can and there’s a dirty string rope hanging from the bedroom ceiling fan. Also, washer & dryer didn’t work. Positives- close to the beach and pool area was nice. Balcony and table outside were clean and had a great view.

We received your message at 4:13 PM regarding difficulty accessing the condo, and the door code issue was resolved by 4:17 PM after identifying a setting error in the door lock system. While the delay was brief, I understand how stressful that moment can feel when arriving with groceries and luggage, and I appreciate your patience. Cleanliness and comfort are very important to us, and your comments have been taken seriously. I am working directly with our cleaning team to ensure future turnovers include a more detailed inspection so every area meets our standards. Regarding the washer and dryer, the unit unfortunately stopped working during your stay. A maintenance technician was dispatched the following morning and confirmed replacement was necessary. I’m happy to share that a brand-new washer and dryer set has since been installed for future guests. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we provide. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Amazing view of the gulf, perfect size for a quick getaway with wall mounted bunks. There were some broken tiles on the balcony and no spare toilet paper. Host was very helpful, quick to respond. Pool access was very nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay!

My mom and I took my two kids 4 and 2 for a weekend getaway and we were pleased with the location and the accessibility. Unit is in the second floor, hardly ever had to wait for the elevator. Condo had just about everything we needed. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee filters. We would stay here again!

Perfect four night stay with family

The property was a great deal for a beach view balcony with a far less crowded beach than others. The location was really great and the view was spectacular. The only negative was that the mattress felt pretty old and wasn’t the most comfortable.

My teens and I had a fun and relaxing time. The unit was clean and comfortable. The ice maker does not work, but an ice tray was provided. The matress in the bedroom must be older because it was somewhat saggy, though it was comfortable enough. Overall, our stay was terrific.

Wonderful beach view

This is a nice, little condo directly on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. It has been updated and is nicely located on the 2nd floor for easy access to the parking lot, pool and beach either by elevator or 2 flights of stairs. We would not hesitate to rent again in the future.

Needs cleaning and maintenance.

The stay was ok. Beach was good. Room was very dirty. Food splattered on the ceiling, walls splattered with unknown substance, cabinets splattered with food, chairs stained and dirty, rugs caked with sand, etc.. The place needs a good cleaning, paint and maintenance. Would not book this condo again. We were ready to leave the first day of our stay.

Mathew. I am so sorry the unit was not cleaned properly for your stay. I would have definitely sent my cleaners back out if communicated upon checkin. I hold our unit to a higher standard than this and will address this today.

Excellent property

Condo is just as it is advertised. Beautifully decorated and directly on the beach. Close to everything. This was my second time staying in this condo. Only thing that would make it better is if you did not have to pick up and drop off the key in Foley. After a 11 hour drive it would be nice to be able to just go directly to the property.

First and foremost, expect quick and timely responses from the owner with any questions you may have. Couldn't have asked for that to be any better. The photos provided on the listing are an accurate representation of the unit. Would definitely recommend to someone wanting a nice little getaway.
