Come to our beachfront condo and enjoy the sounds and exquisite views of the ocean! While staying in our modern 8th floor (nine story building) cozy condo with a modern nautical touch, sit back and relax in the loungers on our beachfront balcony with a direct and unobstructed ocean view, enjoy a quiet breakfast while watching the pelicans stroll along the beach or the dolphins play, or watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset.

We provide a comfortable, modern getaway perfect for a couple or a family of 2 adults and 2-3 kids. Kids will love their privacy on the two bunks that can be closed off from the living area by the pocket door. The living area is spacious with couch, chair, bar stools, ceiling fan, and dining table with chairs. The living area opens to the balcony providing your family a direct view of the beach fifty yards away.

Our unit has tile throughout, including the oceanfront balcony. Our modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, linens, ice maker, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The pantry with shelves is conveniently located in the kitchen for storing your groceries and the additional shelved cupboard provides storage for cooking essentials.

The washer and dryer are located in the condo and a portable drying rack is provided when you have small items to dry on the balcony. While staying with us, you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including free password protected WiFi, books, magazines, board games, puzzles, and movies for those lazy days or relaxing evenings.

For your relaxation after a day at the beach, enjoy the tropical landscaping around the pool as you relax at the gazebo under the ceiling fan. A shower is provided for your convenience before entering the pool or returning to our condo. Bathrooms are conveniently located at the pool area.

Seacrest has a beautiful lobby with a covered entrance and on-site security guard. You will find carts in the lobby to use when you arrive and depart, as well as, two efficient and reliable elevators. Restaurants, shopping, and amusement parks are within a short distance.

We are committed to maintaining a family atmosphere for your relaxing enjoyment while you stay in our NO SMOKING, NO PETS condominium located directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. We want you to feel at home while staying with us and encourage you to call us if you have any questions before you make your reservation. A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR GUESTS IS IMPORTANT TO US.

Check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The weather was amazing, however the beach/water was infested with jellyfish, we weren’t able to enjoy the ocean much! But we were able to go to Destin FL for a day trip and enjoyed the ocean there. On our last full day the dolphins finally showed up and stayed all day, so that was enjoyable!

Quick getaway

Location was awesome! Close to store, pizza, and shops. Quick and functional elevators. Good sized pool. Easy to get out to the beach and a bonus bin with rafts etc that people don’t want to take with them. There is the capability of renting chairs on the beach. Be sure to bring your own amenities for the bathroom and the kitchen.

Location was great and condo was good. Only negatives about this listing is the furniture is dingy and needs to replaced. Also, the parking was a little aggravating due to the parking lot being extremely small and we had to park in the over flow parking lot across the street which was tough with little kids.

Beach get a way.

The property was nice. Walking distance to an ice cream shop, 2 good restaurants, and small grocery store. From previous stays at other condos there were some simple spices usually left by other renters but this place had zero. Not even salt and pepper. Also usually a small bottle of dish soap by the sink. Again none. The condo itself was nice just wish they would change out the couch and chair. Very outdated and looked dirty. I found an extra sheet and put it on the couch.

Unfortunately this place had a very strong musty/moldy smell in the bedroom. Also, there was mold on the shower ceiling. Besides those two thing the rest of the place was very clean and the view was great. I feel like a ceiling fan would help in the bedroom to circulate air.

We enjoyed our visit to the condo. The view was beautiful and the weather was very nice. However the matteress in the bedroom was said to be a pillow top mattress, don't think so, very uncomfortable. Also, no hangers in the closet, which is a small thing but, NO hangers in the closet! Would be nice to have a better system for the lock other than a lockbox. And just so you know the air fresheners are very strong, very strong.

Furniture needs updating.

The overall cleanliness was good. The rooms and floors were clean. However, I was a little weary of sitting on the furniture as it is red in the photos but was very dirty, black on the arm rests, pillows and ottomans. I covered the ottomans to use them and sat on a blanket. I would love to return but I will not until I see that the furniture has been replaced.

Great condo with a great view!

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and neat and it had everything we needed, including ice in the freezer! The couch was a little uncomfortable but it served its purpose. The location of the condo in the building is very convenient. Its close to the elevator and stairs and takes no time to get to the beach and pool. The built in bunkbeds would be great if you had a couple of kids with you. We didnt use them but they are comfortable. The balcony is big and i loved having the lay out chairs on the balcony. The view is amazing! I saw so many dolphins just sitting on the balcony. The pool and hot tub were great as well. Check in/out and communication with Mr. Halpin was easy and he made sure everything was good for us. We really enjoyed my birthday getaway and will definitely stay in this condo again!

View and location on beach awesome

The view from the balcony and location on beach was awesome. Did appreciate the washer/dryer. The sofa and foot stools were very old worn and appeared dirty. Would not want to have young children around them. Only had about 4-6 teaspoons and tablespoons together so had to keep washing them or use plastic. Only one remote for the bedroom and living room TV so had to move back and forth. Only one roll of TP provided, no tissues or paper towels, seems kind of cheap. Little things can make the difference.

Nice condo but in need of some upkeep

Overall the condo was nice and clean but it had a few issues. The entire condo smelled musty and was very humid. The thermostat showed that it was over 80% humidity our entire stay even after keeping the AC on and all doors closed all week except when entering/exciting the unit. The chair and couch were dirty and felt damp when we arrived. The toilet rocked on the uneven floor. Other than these issues and some other minor touch up issues the condo is nice and a great location.

Needs some improvement

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for a long weekend, 3 nights. The location and beach was great. The condo was not very clean, especially the bathroom. You pay a cleaning fee and expect the condo to be clean. The furniture is very old and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
