Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property we were shown online was NOT what we were given. The one we stayed at was very clean but dilapidated. The washer/dryer had a blown fuse, the water heater failed and we had water leaking throughout the home, the dishwasher handle fell off and the blender broke. All these happened within a 2 week time frame resulting in 4 separate maintenance calls. The contact property manager never responded to my messages so we were never sure if maintenance would show up or not. The onsite maintenance crew was top notch. They fixed everything and were extremely kind and considerate.Be careful renting from Buena Vista Homes - not a great organization!

The amenities of the resort are top notch and we always felt very safe while walking around. Even on the beach there is private security. The place looks relatively new and was decorated with care. Overall, this was a great experience and we will be returning.

I had a great experience during my stay. The apartment was 735 South, very clean, new, spacious, well-located close to the entrance (also gym and grocery). The host (Miranda) was simply fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. Solved pretty much everything for me.

We had 30-day vacation in Mexico and we stayed in many places, but this apartment was the best of all of them. It was clean, everything was organized very smoothly, Yasmin was very responsive every time we had a question about something. Very well equipped, beds were very comfortable. I have nothing to complain about.

Lastima que no sirven desayunos :( Me dio tristeza ver que los jardines ya no están tan bien cuidados pero supongo es resultado de la Pandemia, ojalá los vuelvan a cuidar como antes. Pero la pasamos de maravilla y estamos seguros que volveremos pronto!

The unit is very well equipped and the view is fantastic. The walk to the beach is a little long but the gardens are amazing and is a very nice exercise hehe there were a couple of things that didn’t work correctly on our arrival (freezer, some lights, safe box) but Monica sent someone to fix it immediately. The beach and pools are fantastic! And the gym is fairly equipped (just be aware that you have to reserve on time because the COVID times) We will definitely come back!
