Family Vacation

We had a great stay with Sea Trail. The property was as described and very quiet. Short drive to the beach and shopping. This is our second year with Sea Trail and I can see many more in the future.

Could have been great

Arrival: Blood stain on bedspread next to bandaid wrapper, stains on furniture and carpet, the small bathroom floor/hallway in mini-suite was dirty and had hairs in them along with countertop. Just wanted to document these things, and host/service, whoever, went into defense mode when I texted them photos instead of acting as if they were the least bit concerned. See Trail itself is nice, and the units we stayed in would be nice if kept clean, maintained, and updated. It’s a real pain to go by the pool the owners won’t allow rented guests to use, to drive to the other pool, but that was made clear up front - just want others to think about it. The stay could have been great if only someone would have at least pretended to care.

Space great/communication lacking

First I'll start with booking was easy and just what we needed. Space is great. Check-in not so great and guest services rude and not helpful. Where is good customer service these days? Never received code for check-in until after 4pm ck-in after I called twice. Never received email ck-in instructions until 4:30pm when sitting in parking lot to check-in. Frig would not cool but they did fix that. Pool was disappointing and not clean. Mold and algae.

Vacation with friends

Very nice and relaxing. Perfect place for adults that want quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped and all the utensils were very nice and well kept. Only addition would be another chair in the living room.

Definitely will go back, so laid back and very quiet neighborhood

Perfect Accommodations. Great Location.

My wife, daughter and I spent a fabulous week at this condo at Sea Trail. Everything exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet and relaxing. The screened in porch bordered one of the fairways on the golf course and was perfect in the morning with a cup of coffee while listening to the birds sing. It felt like home. The location was ideal - close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and numerous walking trails. Our family had a great week and will certainly return many times. Thank you to the owners of this property for their attention to detail and hospitality! Kevin and Pat McGrath

Everything was wonderful about our stay!

Upon arrival we found the resort to be lovely and very well kept. The owner and staff were extremely helpful The condo was beautiful and had every thing you could need. There were a number of pools to choose from on the resort. The beach is a very short drive away and is a must to spend time at. There were so many delicious restaurants to choose from, as well as a lot of small towns to tour around. We highly recommend a visit to this property!
