Ubicado en el West End de la isla Sanibel, este complejo de condominios frente a la playa tropical es perfecto para el romance y la relajación o unas divertidas vacaciones familiares. D43 es una unidad en el último piso con un solárium privado en la azotea, ideal para disfrutar de la vista del Golfo y las impresionantes puestas de sol. Disfrute preparando comidas en la cocina grande y abierta. El amplio dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un baño en suite con ducha a ras de suelo. La habitación tiene una cama matrimonial y dos camas individuales y está a solo unos pasos del baño de visitas con una combinación de bañera / ducha. El propietario ofrece televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación y un reproductor de DVD y CD. Desde su lanai con mosquitero en el cuarto piso puede disfrutar de la brisa del golfo y las vistas a la laguna tropical, la piscina climatizada, el jacuzzi y la casa club. La casa club ofrece baños para su comodidad y hay una sala de recreación donde se realizan actividades diarias para niños. Disfruta de un picnic informal con las parrillas a gas en la laguna, comienza un partido de tenis en las canchas de tenis o prueba tu suerte en un juego de tejo. Pointe Santo de Sanibel tiene 141 unidades situadas en forma de U con vista al Golfo de México. Todos los edificios ofrecen ascensores y acceso inalámbrico a Internet en todo el complejo.

Reviewer Comments: We came to Sanibel with two families and stayed in two separate condominiums. Both were clean, inviting and relaxing. I liked ours a bit better because it was brighter and cheerier, comfortable, nicely decorated. The other was a bit dark.

It's a great condo; we were there five years ago. I was a little disappointed to see hardly anything was updated, a lot was missing from the kitchen; basic things you would expect to be there were not there. We'll definitely go back but probably won't return for this condo unless upgrades are made. Our family booked the condo right next to this one and theirs looked 20 years younger.

Beautiful View

We had a great stay despite a water main break that left us without water for over 24 hours. The Condo is nice but could definitely use some updates. I would also suggest some new beach chairs and a beach umbrella. A few updates could make this an excellent choice.

This may be our last time booking through though, due to their ridiculous new charge to tenants. We enjoy dealing with the homeowners (and/or their realtors) directly without having to book through homeaway and pay them a fee. Thank you, Sanibel Holiday for the ease of renting this unit, and thank you to Frank Gicca for opening your vacation home to us!

Great View From Deck Top, Just Don't Get Slivers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 24th visit to Pointe Santo. This is a nicely appointed Unit. However it does require some additional care. The decking on the roof top is in very poor condition and actually dangerous to walk on if barefooted-watch out for the popped up wood decking and the wood slivers. The main room drapes don't properly close off to the lanai, and the King sized mattress is covered with a very thick foam cover almost unbearable to sleep on. Unit does have a terrific center island in the kitchen area. The main living area TV is a bit small, and a little complicated to operate. Overall a very nice Unit, it simply needs entirely new Rooftop decking and changes to the items I've mentioned above. Also needs chaise lounge chairs up above so you can lay on your tummy if desired.

Early May Stay

Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location and within a bike ride or walking distance to some restaurants and a store. The complex had a good layout for all the condos to have a view of the water. The floor plan of the condo was really nice. You could lay in the master bed and have a nice view toward the water. The view from the roof deck was awesome. The roof decking was a little run down with some loose boards but nothing that would cause anyone to trip over yet. I wouldn't go up there without shoes though for fear of splinters. The master bed had a thick foam pad placed over the pillow top bed. We had to pull the foam pad up every morning before making the bed because it would work its way down during the night but nothing too bad. The pool was very nice. It was clean and refreshing. We didn't use the hot tub because it was very hot out and the pool was warm enough. The complex property all around was very well maintained. Had a slight hiccup during the reservation process but the owner was quick to respond and followed up with the property management company to get it straightened out right away. I am definitely recommending this place to family and friends.

We love Sanibel (even with redtide)

The furniture on the rooftop balcony needed replaced loungers were unable to be used due to dry rot (but the condo association is renewing the rooftop decking so they will probably get new loungers then). We had everything needed to cook. The dryer vent was broken when we went to use it and we reported that to Sanibel Holiday to be repaired. very short walk to the beach unfortunately redtide was an issue the 2 weeks we were there so we drove to captiva several days. Sanibel Holiday were very friendly and professional and we felt like they really cared about us! Very nice spacious unit.

Only used pool once because of this.Counted a least 5 fake tree plants in unit, don't think they are ever cleaned.Not told there was loud maintance going on. Bagging ALL day.Will not return!!
