Beautiful, completely new, large one bedroom/full bathroom guest house, few minutes from Universal Studios and Burbank airport. Private entrance and fully gated for complete privacy , with your own private parking right next to the unit. Large gourmet kitchen, fully equipped, also washer and dryer. Flat screen TV`s in living room and bedroom. Comfortable L shape sofa that can open up to a full size bed in living room. Queen size bed and extra sofa in bedroom, central AC and heater and much more.
