About this property

10 nights only - JULY 27 TO AUGUST 6 Best time of the summer Gorgeous River view

Cottage has 3 bedrooms to use (ONE NEEDS TO BE USED FOR STORAGE OF SUITCASES and other personal items like golf clubs etc.), a nice front, screened in porch which overlooks the river, large green area out front, and a gazebo which is available for public use. A small, brand new balcony with a view of the river is off the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a small toilet off the kitchen area.
Dining room has a large table which seats up to 8 people. There is a large living family room on the main level. Nice couch in family room, new King bed in one of the bedrooms, and a new Double bed in the master bedroom were all purchased in the summer of 2015. New Queen bed added July 2016.
Kitchen recently remodeled.
TI Park has a playground, tennis courts, pickleball courts, grocery & candy store, fine dining restaurant, main dock for swimming, library, and more.

A most pleasant, relaxing step back in time.

This was our first time visiting Thousand Island Park (for a wedding in Clayton) and we were not disappointed. The cottage was built in the 1800's and is clean and comfortable. The front porch is the place to be to listen to the sounds of the children at the little playground, watch the American flag flutter at the marina and even watch a wedding at the gazebo. No buildings in front of this cottage to block the views! We enjoyed talking to the neighbors. My husband and son in law golfed every day. We walked the very short distance to The Wellesley Inn and the ice cream stand. We didn't use the grill or the bicycle but they are available. There is very little vehicular traffic because the residents get around via golf cart or bike. It is the perfect family spot. Jon is a pleasure to speak with and the pride you hear in his voice about the Kendall cottage is evidenced in the way it is cared for. Excellent customer service.

This cottage was beautiful, clean and spacious.

We rented this cottage for a family wedding and this place worked perfectly! Jon was accessible, friendly and helpful with all of our questions. We have been coming to TI Park for decades and the Kendall cottage was simply fantastic.
