If you need a strong WIFI, you will be greatly disappointed. The location was great. The unit & building needs some maintenance. The elevator was down, and there are a good bit of stairs. You are essentially on the 3rd floor, and when you get INSIDE the unit, the bedrooms are another flight of stairs up. Any time we had a question for the preferred, Jessica was quick to answer. The view off decks was really beautiful, and the fishing pier is sturdy and in good condition.

Peace and tranquility

We loved this property! Jessica is an amazing host. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and we saw dolphins daily. We can’t wait to book this property again!

Beautiful and breath-taking

This is our summer annual beach trip and we usually stay on the East Coast. We tried the West Coast and it did not disappoint. This location and property is a hidden GEM! Quiet beautiful beaches (about a 20 min drive) and quiet neighbors. The only drawback was there is only one grocery store that is within a 30 min drive and they close at seven. Easy to book, great host, however, they did require buying the insurance. GREAT STAY and would love to stay here again.

College visit

Came down with my daughter for a few days to tour FSU. Picked this place because it was located about halfway between Tallahassee and St George Island. Couldn’t have been happier. Nice location, beautiful views, and the condo was very nice & clean. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Beautiful property. Wasn't the original property we were renting and the only issue we had was twin beds an no TV in the second bedroom for a couple that tagged along with us.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, and once again it was perfect. My daughter had orientation at FSU, which was a short hour drive, and about 1/2 hr drive to SGI. Gorgeous views from the balconies. A TV in the 2nd bedroom would be nice but that’s minor. Very nice place! Thanks again!

Peaceful getaway

A very nice Condo overlooking the bay. You can fish right off the pier on the property. Golf course within 6 minutes with a Grill that serves good food and bartenders/waitress were friendly and helpful. Area not commercialized so still a community feel. Local shopping mostly, dollar general is the main box big box chain around for shopping and IGA is the grocery store.. If you want laid back, quite and peaceful and just enjoy local flavor atmosphere this is the place

Property is clean, comfortable and spacious. Love the view, the seclusion with the private pier. You can fish from the pier or just sit and enjoy the views. Check is is super easy. Door code is sent a few hours before check in. Kitchen is spacious and has all the basics needed

Relaxing and comfortable

We really liked the location of the condo being near St. George Island and Apalachicola. Enjoyed fishing off the pier and dolphin visits while drinking coffee on the deck. Loved the clean comfy furniture and décor. With the wall facing the bay being all glass it felt like you were outside and not missing any marine life and bird action.
