The view from the oceanfront condo is spectacular! The condo is as pictured. A fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook. The beds were comfortable.The host checked in with us to make sure everything was in working order. We had a wonderful month at the condo and would definitely book again.

Great condo!

We had a great time at this condo! We had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances and cookware. Plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels also. Loved the sectional couch!!!

Excellent Condo and Owner

This is a very nice condo in a great location. The condo is nicely furnished and includes everything you need for your beach vacation (i.e. beach chairs, towels, etc). The owner, Sandy, is very responsive and clearly takes great pride in her units. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Great location and view

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - close to everything, yet still just far enough out to be out of the busy Daytona Beach area. There was a local restaurant right next store that we enjoyed - and had live music in the evening for entertainment. The condo is comfortable - from the beds to the fully stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony is great for having coffee and watching the sunrise. Can't wait to go back!

Outstanding

This is our second stay in this unit and it was excellent again. Condo is great and fully stocked with all of the things you will need and the complex itself is in great condition. Finally, Sandy the owner is great to deal with and very responsive.

Relaxation Made Easy

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's clear that the owner is very thorough in considering the experience of her guests, as the condo was set up to be as comfortable as possible and included many of the most-forgotten vacation supplies. This condo will be our go-to for the area moving forward.

Very nicely done

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in Volusia County, or any other beach location. We have been doing this since the early '80s. Kitchen is very well equipped. The furniture is very nice.

Beautiful oceanfront views!

Well-supplied condo with beautiful views of the Atlantic! Great balcony and wonderful family room and kitchen. Plenty of space for a family. Lots of beach toys and chairs if you need some, although we brought our own. Loved the balcony furniture…and comfy beds too. Updated appliances were a nice touch!

Absolutely Amazing

The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our time immensely. Sandy is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend staying in any of her condos. We have stayed in 2 of her 3 multiple different times and loved them. She is excellent to work with. Everything was seamless. Ponce is a wonderful place. Great experience all around!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed and more. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with Sandy great. There is lots to do in the area or you can just sit on the patio and enjoy the sea breeze and the view. We had some rainy days but the view was so great it did not matter. The beach and the pool are amazing. We also got to see a SpaceX rocket launched from Kennedy Space Center, we just walked down to the beach and the view of the launch was perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful condo!!

Comfort, Care and Quality is written into every detail of this place. Beautifully decorated! Gorgeous kitchen! Tile and glass bathrooms! Comfortable furnishing! This place has everything you need to feel at home!! The building is well maintain and easy to access. Beautiful outdoor heated pool!! And all right on the nicest part of the beach!! The owner is very accommodating! You’ll have no regrets booking this place!!

Very nice unit

The reservation and check-in process were very organized and easy. The unit has a great balcony, large and private with a beautiful view. The king bed and linens were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The kitchen and baths were well supplied. We were only there from Saturday evening to Tuesday morning because Hurricane Ian came callling. We enjoyed the time we did stay and were very sad to leave. Would love to come back.

Christmas getaway!

We had the BEST TIME staying here, for 9 days over Christmas! Check in was a breeze! We walked into our new home and were in awe! It is SO tastefully decorated, cozy and welcoming. We slept like babies with the ocean air and sounds coming through the sliding doors in the master bedroom. Cooking breakfast with that view- every morning, and then eating on the balcony-was a real treat! We will be back, Sandy! Thank YOU for sharing your beautiful home with us!! It was exactly what we needed! Happy New Year!

Great beachfront condo

Very nice place to stay, and our family enjoyed the time there. The condo was furnished with all the things needed for an extended stay. Having parking available in the garage and an additional spot outside made it nice to always find a spot and accommodate various vehicle sizes easily. Nice kitchen area, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, along with the comfortable living room and balcony made it easy for everyone to have space. Can’t beat being right on the beach and being close to everything while being just far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. Tons of waterfront restaurants within a couple miles. Plenty of areas and sidewalks to safely walk or ride bikes. Nearby Daytona and Port Orange have everything you’d want or need. Sandy was excellent to work with, would highly recommend

East Winds South

We had a very nice stay in this 5th floor, end unit condo overlooking the beach. The condo was very well furnished with just about everything that you might need for a stay at the beach. Unlike many units the beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, etc. were top notch and in great condition. All of the furnishings in the unit were modern and in great working condition. The owner was very responsive to our needs and maintained communications with us. One minor distraction is that the unit is located next to the North Turn restaurant which sometimes in the evenings you might hear a little music from their outdoor dining area. We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves.

Thankyou for the review Donald I’m glad you enjoyed your time at the condo. It’s hard to beat the breath taking view from the balcony. We are getting into the busy season and people love the North Turn Restaurant for the food and beachfront dining. If it was noisy you may want to consider one of my other units. I have one on the 7th floor in the North Building. It is further away from the restaurant yet has the same great beachfront view you’ll enjoy from the balcony. Hope to see you again soon.

wonderful family vacation, planning on returning for a family reunion!!!

The condo was just beautiful with panoramic views of the beach. Loved the amenities, beach chairs, umbrellas for the beach. Very convenient. The condo itself decorated nicely, kitchen fully equipped, linens, towels and beach towels provided. Loved sitting on the terrace in the morning with a cup of coffee ,listening to the ocean and taking in the beautiful view. Also a plus is the heated pool and The North Turn restaurant walking distance to the condo, so convenient when you first arrive to go next door for a good meal. Can’t say enough about how easy it was to book our vacation through the property manager any questions were quickly answered. Happily found out she oversees three condos. So we are booked up for a family reunion this coming year!!! All 3 condos look lovely and conveniently located at Eastwinds. Can’t wait to return!!!!

Thank you Rob and Roseanne so glad you enjoyed the condo. It really is hard to beat that panoramic view. I know it’s hard for large families to book 3 units. So glad the three units I have were available for the family vacation. Look forward to your return.

My story will sound familiar.

For many years I was a software sales professional and “road warrior.” You know the
type (maybe you ARE the type). Bags packed all the time. Room service a given. Living
out of a suitcase as I traveled from client to client to install the latest IT solution or
handle the latest tech crisis. The pressure was on. All.The.Time.

Over the last 20 years, I logged more than 1,000 stays in hotels all over the country.
Along the way, I learned a LOT about what makes for a great “on the road” experience
-- from booking and check-in, to hospitality and customer service.

I also found that once I got home, I wanted nothing more than to head for the beach
where I could finally decompress and relax. There’s just something about ocean waves and the surf crashing onto a sandy beach tinted by a setting sun. It calms the mind. I began to think about creating a “home away” experience for people who could enjoy all the perks of being away while staying in a homey setting close to a beach.
I bought this investment property to enjoy with family, friends and to host potential guests..

I take pride in the unit having renovated every room and make sure it has all the state of the art amenities. Making sure you have a GREAT vacation in this premier condo is my #1 priority. You can reach me 24 x 7 for any questions or concerns.

I chose Ponce Inlet because of the no-traffic beaches and quiet community. The beaches are less crowded, family oriented and close enough to most major Central Florida attractions (Daytona shores, Disney and Daytona Racing).
