Our 100% remodeled condo is on the top (11th) floor of The Shores Club with direct ocean front access onto the quiet and pristine NO-DRIVE BEACH. The views and the venue are spectacular! Be sure to check our reviews: Our guests agree! Beautifully remodeled and fully equipped, our two-bedroom condo offers all the amenities of a home because it IS our special escape from cold MN winters! We completely "gutted" and remodeled the ENTIRE, 1200+ sq. ft. condo to add to the spaciousness and ocean views throughout.
Please note: We are "owner managed." We work directly, efficiently and in partnership with you to give you the best visit possible. We love sharing our condo with people who love the area and the venue as much as we do! We are pretty certain you will LOVE it here!
Our luxury two-bedroom condo has breathtaking views of the ocean and Inter-coastal/Halifax River. Very few condos offer magnificent views of sunrises over the ocean AND spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal, as well as moonlight dancing over both the ocean and inter-coastal. You will Love the spectacular displays of beauty, 24/7!
What Makes The Shores Club and our condo unique?
(1) Quiet & pristine, No-Drive beach: We have the best of both worlds with the quiet beach in front of our condo...but walk about 10 minutes north on the beach for wonderful people-watching and food vendors! When you walk out the ocean-side door of The Shores Club, you walk directly across the pool deck, down the ramp to the beach and you are on the 23 miles stretch of hard-packed, sandy beach that comprises world-acclaimed, Daytona Beach. Unlike most of the condos located on the Daytona's "Drive" Beach, The Shores Club is on the quiet portion of the beach where cars are prohibited. The contrast is like day and night: No cars driving by or parked around your beach chairs, towels, and sand castles...offering a safe, relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
(2) Our pool, beach stairs AND ramp ARE OPEN!
(3) East AND west-facing balconies on the top (11th) floor as well as floor to ceiling, ocean-side windows...for most spectacular views of sunrises over the ocean and spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal. You have to see it to believe how beautiful it is!

II. SMOKING AND/OR PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the condo. If smoking or a pet is detected, the lease is voided, you will be required to immediately depart and you will be charged for the cost to sanitize the condo. We take our promise to provide a smoke-free and pet allergen-free environment and our renters' health seriously.

We purchased our three bedroom condo at The Shores Club in 2016. We LOVE the hard-packed sand, the views from both decks...and the tranquility and beauty! When we celebrated Thanksgiving at the condo with our family in 2016, we realized a three-bedroom, with a growing family, would never provide enough space....so we decided to buy "Home-Away-From Home Two!" We purchased this condo in 2017 and totally "gutted" it, moving and removing walls; put in new ceilings, porcelain tile floors, new cabinets, granite & quartz countertops, and all new appliances. We have furnished it as we would a home...because it IS our winter home! When we are not here, we enjoy sharing the spectacular views and the beauty this venue offers with people who appreciate it as much as we do. We believe in taking excellent care of our property and we hope that you will love it as much as we do and treat it with the TLC that give it. Because we have rented condos through VRBO and other sites, we know how important clean and inviting accommodations are…with NO surprises! We have tried to make everything sparkling clean, inviting & comfortable.

Why they chose this property
#1102 at The Shores Club, is a very unique property: From the top (11th) floor, you have:
(1) A bird's eye view of miles of hard-packed, sandy beach where avid bikers can ride for miles;
(2) Spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the east and west-facing balconies;
(3) Pelican fly-bys directly overhead and in front of your balcony;
(4) Waves glistening in the sun or moonlight;
(5) Frequent dolphin sightings, even swimming with the paddleboarders....and an occasional whale! If you visit between December and March, you may see a whale (or several, sometimes)! The coastal area between Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral is recognized as the premier whale-watching location in Florida. We have seen "Right" whales from our condo windows the last couple of winters. Right whales migrate to the coastal area between Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral for warmer waters...and then head north in March. According to "Visit Florida," there are four fishing piers in Florida that make good whale-watching spots and Sun Glow pier in Daytona Beach Shores is one of them. We see Sun Glow pier from our condo windows...and fortunately, the whales, too!
(6) Friendly occupants;
(7) So many near-by attractions: Lighthouse Point Park with all its beauty; Kayaking on the Halifax River and in Preserves; The Daytona Beach Boardwalk, Manatees at Blue Spring State Park...and Disney World (one hour away)...and so many, many more! You have to stay in order to realize the uniqueness and the sheer beauty of the views surrounding #1102 ALL DAY LONG . People who come usually come back again and again!

Amenities include free WiFi; secure, keyless locks; Smart TVs with cable/premium channels in each bedroom and living room; new washer & dryer; a fully-stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffeemakers; cooking utensils for gourmet cooks, ten piece settings of dishes; serving dishes, fry & pizza pans, pots, casserole/ baking dishes, blender & crock pot. We also provide bedding and linens, beach chairs, toys and beach towels.
