Ubicada en un lote único de 1 acre que domina aguas abiertas y una cala, esta magnífica casa de 6 dormitorios y 5 baños es perfecta para divertirse bajo el sol. Disfrute de la natación, pesca, canotaje y flotante.

La casa tiene capacidad para 14 personas cómodamente en camas en 6 habitaciones que se distribuyen por privacidad, todas con sus propios baños completos, con excepción del rey y la reina en el piso superior que comparten un baño completo. Puede acomodar hasta 16 con un colchón de aire. También incluye 5 baños completos, una cocina gourmet completamente amueblada y un gran salón con TV. Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al lago!

El dormitorio principal con capacidad para 2 personas con una cama king e incluye una sala de estar de gran tamaño para relajarse. Se adhiere a un baño de gran tamaño, vestidor y vestidor. Esta habitación tiene acceso directo a la terraza exterior.

El segundo dormitorio tiene capacidad para 2 personas en una cama king con TV y acceso a baño completo. El tercer dormitorio tiene capacidad para 2 con una cama doble con acceso directo al baño completo. Disfrute recostándose en la hamaca, leyendo un libro en una de las sillas giratorias o recuéstese en una de las sillas del salón sumergiéndose al sol. La barbacoa Weber de seis quemadores está lista para asar día y noche.

Las características adicionales incluyen flotadores de agua, 2 kayaks, juguetes de jardín y cañas de pescar. Para los entusiastas de la pesca, el muelle atrae a algunos de los mejores peces del lago. Y para el fanático de las embarcaciones, hay una rampa de motos de agua abierta para dos y dos ascensores abiertos para su uso.

Perfect Spot for Family Celebration

Three generations gathered at this lovely home to celebrate milestone birthdays. The large home was perfect for our group and the outdoor patios and boat dock were amazing. We have such a great time we did not want to leave!

FAMILY VACATION

This was a beautiful sprawling home for our family get away. Everyone in our 12 person family had their own space and lots of room to enjoy. The house had lots of extras for us. We can't wait to return and will recommend to our friends.

Great Location

This house is situated on a beautiful lot on the river. The outdoor deck was the perfect spot for our family to gather, enjoy the view, and make wonderful memories! The house is nicely decorated and well appointed with everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. Our family had a fantastic time!

Wonderful family destination!

Our family gathered at Purple Sage for a long weekend and absolutely loved the house and the location on the lake! The covered deck served as an additional gathering place that was comfortable even on hot Texas afternoons thanks to the lake breeze. The house was comfortable for 14 people and had every amenity we could need. Thank you for a great vacation destination!

Great week!

We stayed with three families and between us had 7 children ages 8-16. Great home that was comfortable, recently renovated, clean and accommodated all of us. The outside deck is wonderful and great shade to sit outside and enjoy the evening! Would highly recommend!

Perfect House and Location

This is a beautifully refurnished home with plenty of space for a large group. We had 3 families in this home and it never felt crowded. The boat dock and covered patio were great additions and we spent every day outside enjoying our time overlooking the lake. Debbie the owner was a terrific communicator and super accommodating....we definitely will stay again!

Great Thanksgiving!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful house on the lake! It was a gorgeous setting right on the lake. We enjoyed fishing, boating, kayaking, and watching the sunset from the dock. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 15 of us! Everyone had a great time!

We had 2 coffee pots for our guests - a Keurig (as we have received so many requests for it ) and a standard coffee pot. Unfortunately, the standard pot malfunctioned before your stay. Georgeous home with all the bells and whistles! Unbeatable views!

Deb We had a blast at this house…having so many different places to sit outside and enjoy the views. We were up on the deck, down on the dock, and out on the patio. The layout was great with the L shaped house – some were on one side and others on the other with no noise to bother anyone. We had a great time playing the board games at night and enjoyed the rafts in the swim area during the day. Great place! Will definitely book it again!

So glad your girls weekend was fun! The layout is helpful as there are basically 3 different living areas with a center for all the get togethers. Glad you had space and enjoyed all the great viewing areas. Watching the sun come up is one of the highlights you just can't miss. And watching all the boats go by day and night from the upper deck is quite a treat. Looking forward to your return later this year!

Perfect End to Summer!

Our three families with a large group of teenagers had a perfect end of summer weekend. We all spent the entire weekend outside. The dock was perfect for boat launching, jet skis, jumping, and relaxing. Plenty of room for all inside and out with a well stocked kitchen. Loved that the boat ramp was less than 10 minutes from the house. We would definitely choose this home again!

We are a little biased but we think it's the best place on the lake as it sits on a huge corner so you can enjoy jumping from the deck, kayaking, watching the boats go by from the deck or lounging in the cove as well as it being close to everything :) including the boat launch. And the night fishing light provides fun watching all the fish swim in their school - big and small :) We are so glad you were able to bring your boat and use the open bay. Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time on lake LBJ! The house is so nice, has great amenities, kitchen is well supplied to cook in, loved that there’s were plenty of seasoning & cookware. The fire-pit was perfect to roast marshmallows & make S’more’s. Very relaxing place to stay... kids had a blast with paddle kayaks, fishing, and docking our boat was easy and convenient! The views & lake access were perfect! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Home has a great set up for a large group. Thank you Debbie :)

Amazing location for our family vacation!

This is our second year having our annual family vacation on lake LBJ, but the first time staying at this house, and I cannot say enough nice things about this place! It was able to easily accommodate 14 people and 3 dogs. Which is not an easy task! The house was clean, yet cozy. Comfy beds. The views were great! And the second story of the deck made for lots of fun and relaxation. The owners are very nice and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

We love hosting family gatherings! And we know dogs are a part of the family too! We have gates on the yard to keep them from wandering but with all the space in the backyard, it is unlikely that they would want to leave. We hope we can host you for your next annual get together!

Something for Everyone!

There were floaties and kayaks for the water dogs, fishing poles for feeding the blue gills, and a gorgeous raised deck for readers/relaxers. Some of the more adventurous rented jet skis and we grilled some amazing steaks bought at Miller’s in Llano. The most echoed sentence through our stay was “this place is perfect!” And even better, when we had questions, Debbie was easy to reach. This property is now a family favorite and we hope to return!

Perfect family getaway - luxurous and relaxing!

We've been renting houses on LBJ for 15 years and the whole family agrees THIS is our favorite house! The house sits on almost an acre so it's very private with lots of outdoor patio and deck areas - we ate most meals outside. The house has more bedrooms than we could: two families, my mom and a friend. It's amazingly stocked with kitchen ware and even things like coffee and toilet paper which is rare in most houses! We didn't want to leave but will be back for sure.

Wonderful Family Lake getaway!! The house has a great layout for groups, the lake setup stellar!

We loved this property! Our three young boys had a blast fishing off the dock (the fishing light was a huge hit), the extra large upper deck was so fun and the grill up there made it home base for everyone. Not to mention having it so close to the house and only a bridge walkway from the kitchen...so easy!! Debbie was very helpful and thought through every detail for our stay. The photos on this site don't give the overall charm of this property justice! We hope to rent this lake house again soon!

Amazing stay on LBJ!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay, what a wonderful place. Everything was as advertised and pictures don’t do the views justice. Walk out the living room directly out to the covered deck on top of the boat dock. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and all slept very comfortably. Plenty of parking down the long driveway for our trucks and two boat trailers. Debbie was very accommodating and responsive. I could go on and on, everything was great. Can’t wait to go back.

We are so glad you enjoyed the house and your stay! The deck is a favorite - lots of boats and jet skis going by. The L-shaped house is great for guests who want separate areas - allows for time to get away and meet up in the middle for fun and games...although most spend their time outside on the deck, in the swim area, or throwing a line to catch some fish :). Thank you for taking great care of the house. We can't wait to host you and your guests again!

Amazing LBJ property!!

This home is our favorite rental spot on LBJ! Our family has vacationed at this lakehouse two summers in a row. The house itself boasts plenty of space for 12+ people, an incredibly clean, well-stocked kitchen, and ample space for groups to hang out. The location on the lake can't be beat! The covered upper dock extends out over the water and provides nearly 270 degree views of the lake while catching a shady breeze even on hot days. And Debbie has been amazing to work with - very responsive and helpful. We love this place!

We were so glad you choose our home for your second visit to Lake LBJ! Always great to have your group and you are welcome anytime! We know there are many homes to choose from, however, we too, think ours is the best with the location, views and all amenities one could want during a stay. We aim to provide visitors with a great experience so you can relax and enjoy the lake! The deck does provide for both shade and sun along with the opportunity to jump approximately 15 feet into the water or simply swim next to the dock as the boats go by. Thank you for taking care of the house while you visited. We look forward to having you again soon!

Beautiful and comfortable

The property was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The deck was everyone’s favorite hangout, as it has both covered and uncovered areas. It was so convenient to have our boat right there in the slip. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only thing to be aware of if you have your boat or trailer with you is that the road to get to the house is narrow with several turns, so tough to navigate with a boat in tow. All in all, our family has a very enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend!

Thank you Christen! You and your guests were awesome! And glad you enjoyed the deck - it is our favorite place to hang out and watch the boats and jet skis. The road to our home is a narrow single lane and yes, there are turns. We have always dropped our boat at the Kingsland Community Ramp and driven it to the house on the water. It's easier to navigate a trailer to the house but you are right, it can be a bit tricky with a boat :). Enjoy the rest of your summer and come see us again soon!
